房间进去一股异味，地毯不知道多少年了， 非常脏。卫生条件不好。二间卧室小到只能放一张床一个柜子，箱子也放不了。

A great stay, I really like the fully equipped kitchen, the hotel is a bit old but very clean, 4 stars

It is a transquil accommodation. The place is not far away from the downtown, thus convenient. The staff is helpful and polite. I particularly like the kitchen facility.

房間寬濶，我們入住的所分為上下兩層，上層為寐室加淋浴房，下層設有廚房，餐枱，梳化及厕所。訂房是資料顯示有每日執房服務，實際是不會提供，雖然說有需要可要求，但感覺有點貨不對辦。餐枱不穩固，煲水壺有很多垢積，房間入住時有味但還可接受；最嚴重是水有味道及有不明來歷的漂浮物。 還有是他們安排的房間是2樓，要上樓梯及自行枱行李，對於銀髮一族而言是一大挑戰。 整體而言，物非所值。

Clean room, and the room Has amenities such as coffee machine, electric water boiler, plates, bowls and silverwares. Very Convenient with families with kids.

Room was great Beautiful view of the Rockies from the room. Not far from town.

Staff were friendly, but the rooms need a little TLC. Overall a great spot.

I’ve been coming to this place since 1989. The current state of repaired and degraded

2nd stay was a disappointment. Booked for 3 people, have never had to make a bed myself upon arrival at a hotel before! The room phone didn't work (a whole other story, hazards abound for little kids!), so I went to the front desk to say there were no sheets on the couch bed and their response was that pull out beds aren't made up as they only assign rooms at the last minute and to look around the room because 'the sheets should be somewhere'. I found one sheet, a blanket and a pillow in a closet but then had the go out again to get a second sheet. No other hotel I have stayed at doesn't have the couch bed ready to just fold out for the kids, add a pilow and go to sleep! Cleanliness is lacking (sticky brown patch on the tiles, rice dried onto the dining table, an empty jam container and bobby pin in a field of dust alongside the couch...). Hot water was hit and miss, with none at the end of a ski day, had to wait about an hour before we could shower. The couch bed was a disaster, but the proper bed in the room was decent. Not in any hurry to stay here again.

The staff were really good the room’s were fairly clean but the door’s n window’s need fixing or replacing as well as other areas of their room’s✌

Affordable accommodations. Free shuttle into downtown. Bed was comfy. Quite a few things required maintenance - hot tub jets, pools and hot tubs needed a deep clean, walls requiring replastering. Kitchen is basic but does the trick for breakfasts

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and very well kept. The property was beautiful!

Great accommodation for the price point, has everything you need in clean orderly shape. Been here numerous times.

Perfect place for a family get away..

The layout of the room was great, a good sized living room (with pullout) adjacent kitchen and small dining area. The bedrooms and additional bathroom upstairs was great for our family of 5. We the wood burning fireplace. The suite isn’t in the best shape, holes in carpet, damaged walls and tile. The whole place smelled very musty. But the price per night is reflective of this. There are renovated rooms on site and we may check them out next time. The ammenities are great. A restaurant on site, pool with change rooms and squash courts. Looks like tennis courts are available in the summer. Most of the staff were very helpful and kind, but we did encounter a few that weren’t. Overall a good place for the price.

The room was spotless. Also had a wood-burning fireplace. Great customer service.
