房间进去一股异味，地毯不知道多少年了， 非常脏。卫生条件不好。二间卧室小到只能放一张床一个柜子，箱子也放不了。

A great stay, I really like the fully equipped kitchen, the hotel is a bit old but very clean, 4 stars

It is a transquil accommodation. The place is not far away from the downtown, thus convenient. The staff is helpful and polite. I particularly like the kitchen facility.

房間寬濶，我們入住的所分為上下兩層，上層為寐室加淋浴房，下層設有廚房，餐枱，梳化及厕所。訂房是資料顯示有每日執房服務，實際是不會提供，雖然說有需要可要求，但感覺有點貨不對辦。餐枱不穩固，煲水壺有很多垢積，房間入住時有味但還可接受；最嚴重是水有味道及有不明來歷的漂浮物。 還有是他們安排的房間是2樓，要上樓梯及自行枱行李，對於銀髮一族而言是一大挑戰。 整體而言，物非所值。

The Staff Was Super Helpful As Its Not Set Up Like A Traditional Hotel. Also Recommend Using The Shuttle Service To Go Downtown As It Will Save You The Hassle Of Parking & Parking Fees. The Outdoor Hottub Is Also Super Cool

Room was cute.. though smelled a little stale. Fireplace was a cool feature. Pool area and hot tub were in a bit of shambles and did not look clean. Laundry was convenient but dryer did not get my clothes dry unfortunately. Lots seemed to be in a state of dissarray.

Rooms were great . Restaurant staff was very helpful to prepare a breakfast to go.

Dated, damaged floor, couch, wall, and overall just not kept up. For what we paid we could have stayed in Banff central.

Great price for being so close to Banff and the shuttle is so easy and convenient. Breakfast was delicious!! We had a blast for 3 nights

El hotel es muy bonito y esta en excelente ubicación a tan solo 5 min del centro de banff, las instalaciones son lindas pero las habitaciones les hace falta mucho mantenimiento, estan viejos y los muebles necesitan cambiarlos por que ya estan deteriorados. Le doy un 7 de calificación

good location , we had a 2 bedroom suite. The only thing was there was a strange smell in the rooms . It had a full kitchen ,2 bathrooms with showers . nice wooded location but on the main road to downtown . in the morning there was a view of the mountains through the trees . short drive to downtown . if it wasn't for the smell this place would be excellent. Off topic but if you want to go to lake louise , you need to be at the parking super early , if not there are parks canada shuttles that you need to book on line , we didn't know .

Amenities were dated but you could see they were actively working on upgrading

밴프의 숙소들이 성수기로 인해 여유도 없고 또 값도 비싼데, 이 숙소 또한 저렴하지 않은 비용이지만 그 시설등은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔이 아닌 콘도시설인지라 원룸 형식이었고, 오두막같은곳인데 외부에서 문하나로 내부와 외부가 나뉜다는게 조금은 아쉬웠고 또한 날씨도 비가오고 상당히 쌀쌀한데도 난방도 안되고, 마침 방 옆에는 보일러실이 있어 새벽까지도 정말 기계소리가 시끄러웠다. 피곤해서 잠이 들지 않았더라면 아마 잠을 못잘 정도로 시끄러운 기계음이 들렸다. 또한, 옆 방도 목재 하우스다 보니 기침하는 소리가 다 들려서 조금은 신경이 쓰였습니다. 밴프 숙소가 가성비를 찾다보니 조금 외곽에서 머물렀었는데, 가격대비 질은 그만 못한거 같아 아쉽습니다.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom wolf suite and it was perfect for a family of 4. The hourly shuttle bus into Banff and back is a great service!

Nice accommodations very clean and comfortable beds. Good size rooms too. This accommodation is away (5 minute drive) from the main downtown Banff area but has a very convenient shuttle service. There is also free downtown parking at the train station with a quick walk to the Main Street (Banff Street) where the very affordable public transit runs very often and to every corner of Banff.

I loved the location of the resort and the scenic walking trail to Banff (downtown) and the scenic route cycling to Canmore. The grounds are beautifully maintained and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming! The room was very clean! The menu is absolutely amazingly delicious and reasonable priced. After a long enjoyable day it was very convenient to enjoy a great meal and conversation with nice people.
