房间进去一股异味，地毯不知道多少年了， 非常脏。卫生条件不好。二间卧室小到只能放一张床一个柜子，箱子也放不了。

It is a transquil accommodation. The place is not far away from the downtown, thus convenient. The staff is helpful and polite. I particularly like the kitchen facility.

房間寬濶，我們入住的所分為上下兩層，上層為寐室加淋浴房，下層設有廚房，餐枱，梳化及厕所。訂房是資料顯示有每日執房服務，實際是不會提供，雖然說有需要可要求，但感覺有點貨不對辦。餐枱不穩固，煲水壺有很多垢積，房間入住時有味但還可接受；最嚴重是水有味道及有不明來歷的漂浮物。 還有是他們安排的房間是2樓，要上樓梯及自行枱行李，對於銀髮一族而言是一大挑戰。 整體而言，物非所值。

In the condo unit my family stayed , there was a very strong odor of mold /musty smell. Opening the window revealed more mold on the window sills… We left early on check out day. Do not recommend this property … We conveyed our concern to the front desk to no avail. Thank you.

Loved the suite was clean had dishes and silver ware Fire wood and wine was great

The room was great! It was clean, spacious and cozy. It did however lack a mirror outside of the bathroom and made two friends sharing a room more challenging when getting ready in the morning.

You can hear other guests through the wall.

Great stay

When we first arrived we checked in. The staff was ok and directed us to our apartment. The apartment was clean but with a little smell that seems to be cigarette. We headed to the pools and found out that the internal hot tub was not working, so we used the external one. There was no big issues other than that. The landscape is amazing and the overall facilities are good. We expect return again.

I have been in banff over 100 times this is my first time in this hotel waw by far one of the best hotel my kids love this place big room everything was perfect.

L'insonorisation des chambres est inadéquate. Les bruits de pas, de déplacement de meuble et autres activités dans la chambre au-dessus étaient difficile à supporter.
