Good hotel

near the highway, convenientto road triper

The room condition should have been maintained better. Fortunately staff were being nice to me. We stayed there for two night. The room was not tidied up automately the following day. Staff replied that you needed to request for it. Strange to me, it did not happen when I travelled to other place else.

The air con is poor. Very old facilities and no tidy. Small bugs in the room.

Convenient to have food court and shopping mall. Very nice breakfast.

Felt a bit unclean as in a wouldn’t walk around bare foot on the carpet. Needs a deep clean.

Room look untidy, there was a massive rip in the carpet, dirty clothes and underwear had been left in one of the drawers from a previous guest, stains on the walls. Altogether a horrible room. Never going back to a Ramada.

Great value

It's a service station hotel and pretty much delivers on that stereotype. A clean bed, clean shower, but the rooms are dated and there are very few amenities.

Nice hotel for one night stay. Location was great for easy access to work. Not a friendly welcome. No real welcome. Asked for name. Paperwork and card thrown on counter in front of me. Not very welcoming

There was plenty of shops near by but expensive.

Very moody girl on front desk, no warm welcome. Room was tatty and a number of items should be redecorated or replaced. Heating did not work. Cleanliness was an issue and had I not been so tired i would have changed rooms, so i wiped down all surfaces with wipes. I guess you get what you pay for.

Located in a service station so plenty of choices for restaurants

Not a great hotel at all. There was a smell of weed as I walked to my room and there is a musty smell in the remaining areas of the hotel. It is on a services which has a good choice of food options. I paid for breakfast but did not have it as the cutlery was dirty and it didnt look the best - £12 is not value and you are better off going next door for food. The room was pretty run down and had holes in the wall from where an old tv was removed and a smaller one fitted, bathroom had some dirty tiles in it and the general condition was run down. No air con in the room and it was hot so slept with window open but in the peak of summer it would be horrible in there. The only positive I found was the bed was comfy and for a motorway services it was relatively quiet.

Good price, location & rooms. However, no housekeeping even though we requested it, for a 3 days stay. Went to reception for fresh towels etc
