I arrived just before midnight after a nightmare day and flights from hell and was so pleased to find my room was still available.
Absolutely wonderful staff and a cosy, comfortable bed.
I was shattered I couldn't have driven any further and still look back and appreciate what the receptionist and manager did for me.
Above and beyond, 5 stars. Thank you

The room condition should have been maintained better. Fortunately staff were being nice to me. We stayed there for two night. The room was not tidied up automately the following day. Staff replied that you needed to request for it. Strange to me, it did not happen when I travelled to other place else.

Stayed for one night as a halfway point to our summer holiday. Arrived early evening and got checked in inside a few minutes. Asked at reception for some extra pillows for the beds, which were delivered within a few minutes. We all slept soundly, little to no noise from either the services car park or within the hotel. Room was a little warm, with a fan provided. It's a good value for money no-frills hotel and we'll be back next time we do the same journey.
We didn't use the restaurant in the hotel, but breakfast and dinner is available - there's a wide range of food and drink available and prices are reasonable (to compete with the eateries elsewhere on site). The bar is open to hotel guests only.

When I arrived the room stank of bleach, which is ironic given how dirty the shower was... I thought I'd open the window to let some air, only to find it locked.
The reception staff initially lied and said the upstairs rooms windows weren't supposed to open. Then when I pointed out that other upstairs rooms had the windows open they said it couldn't be opened due to "safety reasons". On closer inspection it seems to be a bodged repair....
The aircon unit dripped constantly which soaked the carpet. It also made sleep tricky with a choice of stuffy hot room, or dripping metronome.
The shower was grubby and looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly for years.
This was my first and last stay at a Ramada Hotel.

Price of £130 pounds not worth it,room dirty,paint peeling off the walls,lights not working,don’t know when the last time the shower door was cleaned,the only good thing was the shower had good pressure,had better rooms at travel lodge for £51 pounds,I will never stay at that place again

Room was dirty and too warm air con not working old fashioned fan trying to keep room cool which was useless. Shower was disgusting with no shower wash left in tub.was shocked as expected it to be a nice clean hotel . Never again.

1st room they put us in hadn't been cleaned. Crumbs and sweet paper on the carpet. Told reception and they put us in a different room which had been cleaned but I wouldn't say it was to a particularly high standard. Had chicken and leek pie in the restaurant in the evening. Never seen chicken as a red meat before. Ate half. On a positive note the staff were very polite and courteous. Afraid we wouldn't stay there again.

I paid extra for an airconditioned room however AC was not working. One of the beds was missing, there was a mattress on the floor which very dusty and not cleaned for a long time.
Wallls were stained. Windows were locked, not possible to open. it was the worst experience of a hotel. I do not recomend to anyone. I also would like a refund for this terrible service.

The day was 31 degrees and the night temperature didn't drop much. There was a fan, but I was appalled that in 2026 a large hotel chain fails to install air conditioning. I had a terrible uncomfortable over-hot night.

Receptionist was super hostile due to us interrupting her phone time, more or less threw the keys at us.
No air on in rooms and was 30 + outside, window only opened a couple of centimeters.
room was smelly, carpet was filthy, i know it's a budget hotel, but cleanliness costs nothing, walking from the shower to my case and my feet with dirtier that pre-shower.
