地理位置很棒，酒店风景不错

Clean hotel, friendly staff, lovely outdoor pool. About a 10 minute walk to the old town. Good size bedroom with balcony. Only quibble is shower (in bath) did not have a screen or shower curtain so water did splash out onto the floor.

Bra, rymligt rum, men mycket lyhört. Serviceinriktad personal. Frukosten var ok, men inget att bli imponerad över.

Fint och rent hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Tyvärr väldigt tunna väggar och vi hade otur att ha grannar som spelade hög musik sent på kvällen/natten. Enkelt att nå till fots och nära till busshållplats och shoppingcenter.

Very clean

The hotel was overall good, helpfull staff, good breakfast and a spacious, clean room (with Chromecast) but I have marked down the amenties and maintenance as the facilities were not as advertisied on Hotels.com. The pool was not open during our stay which also meant the pool bar was shut and the mini-golf/childrens play area where not complete or in good condition. We had booked as a family and intended to make good use of these facilities but the mini-golf has been partially replaced by air conditioning units and not being able to use the pool/area was disappointing. I messaged the hotel via Hotels.com to raise these points and received no reply.

Staff in reception is great. Room was very nice. Even though the aircon needed cleaning. Very black and dirty. The balcony is big but not a proper balcony. More like another room. The pool area needs desperate attention. The sun beds are dirty and from the last century and they have plastic grass all over the ground which is pretty nasty. The breakfast wasn't great just ok. The Nutella sauce tasted very bad. But the juice was great. Wifi worked very well all over the complex.

Alles hat geklappt. Freundliche Leute ( Angestellte) . Zimmer war super, sauber . Das Essen war gut .

Rommene kunne vært mer lydisolert, hørte godt naboen. Samt oppgradering av bad, sleit med en dusj som stadig lakk ut på gulv. Ellers veldig fornøyd

Das Hotel liegt gut, man ist innerhalb 10 min in der in der Innenstadt. Parkhaus ist auch direkt neben dem Hotel. Das war es an positives, was wir über Sercotel Maya berichten können. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, da wir als Familie gereist sind. Leider war das Zimmer ziemlich abgenutzt, gehört wohl nicht zu dem Stockwerk mit den renovierten Zimmern. Leider war unser Zimmer auch nicht wirklich gut geputzt- es waren noch Krümel und Haare auf dem Boden, auch das Bad war nicht richtig sauber. Auf Nachfrage wurde sofort geputzt aber richtig eingesehen hat das Personal leider nicht und mit dem Augen gerollt. Jeden Tag, pünktlich um 7 hat das ganze Zimmer nach gebratenem gerochen, anscheinend war der Auszug der Küche mit dem Zimmerventilation verbunden. Wir würden noch nochmal das Hotel wählen.
