Great hotel reception team service. Very polite and helpful staff. The room I had was bright and spacious, even though it was a little noisy outside.

It would be more perfect if the breakfast is more diverse

For the tourists any things you can find in the hotel and locate at city center. high recommend I will visit next time.

酒店房间比较舒适，沐浴用品也很不错，位置也很好，走路不远就到商业街。去皇宫走路也不算远。但是酒店早餐种类比较少，但是很精致，早餐性价比不高。房间还是比较满意的

Great room, staff was super friendly and helpful. You can’t beat the location. Tons of food, drink, coffee options in walking distance. Perfect location for my first time in Madrid.

Hotel com excelente localização. Praticamente todos os principais pontos de interesse turistico num raio de 800m. Tudo se faz a pé! Os funcionários da recepção são extremamente educados, solícitos e atenciosos. So um detalhe: a depender do seu nível de tolerância ao barulho, os quartos que ficam com a janela para uma igreja, podem ser incômodos. Nao pela igreja, mas pelo movimento de pessoas e carros mais tarde à noite.

Nice staff, but don’t take the room with the bed on the second floor. At four of clock in the morning I fell off the stairs. The stairs are narrow and not the same size turning at each end.

We loved our almost week-long stay at Palacio de Tepa. Our room (Jr Suite) was roomy, clean, and although a bit far, otherwise perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The location is wonderful: central and in a charming section of the Literary Quarter. We moved from a 2-floor suite to a single-floor suite. The stairs were steep and not great for older people who visit the toilet in the middle of the night. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

You can’t beat the location of this hotel, right in the middle of everything Madrid has to offer. The room was cozy and well-appointed, and the overall experience was excellent. There is some city noise from outside, but that’s completely expected given where it sits, and a small trade-off for such a central spot. A great choice for travelers who want to be close to the action.

Staff were wonderful. Every recommendation for restaurants and tapas bars were excellent. Room was always clean, though could use better storage accommodations for clothes and bathroom items. Breakfast was delicious and the location is very good. Our room was a little noisy - had one roof window and it didn't seem to close tightly so we heard street noise a bit too much. But overall a great stay.

Fantastic room. Lovely little touches like arrival and departing treats left in the room. Staff were all very pleasant and guest relations desk was very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a huge selection and à la carte options were included in the price.

Great staff, location, service, cleanliness. Excellent all around!
