老板娘是个非常热情的人，可以提供足够的帮助，包括热的饮用水。非常好的地段，屋内设施简单、足够，住宿感受良好！另外，一定要住带独立卫浴的房间，外面只有一个公共洗浴间，经常需要排队不太方便。

The location of the hostel is very good, 3 min walk from metro station and is at the center of city. The staff in the hostel is very friendly and helpful, willing to answer our questions. The room is clean and tidy. Room service everyday. Although the room is tiny, I feel comfortable staying in the hostel. The only minor problem is the light is not enough in the room. I highly recommend this hostel.

Frontdesk staff is very friendly and you can borrow the microwave with him if u buy some food from supermaket. Perfect location with nearby Gran Via metro and u can walk to Sol in 15 mins. Offered basic breakfast and free wifi service.

The most outstanding hostel I've ever been. Excellent location and decoration, especailly the staff, very helpful and nice. Strongly recommand to all persons.

O quarto é confortável, limpo, tem janelas anti-ruído e ventilador, que ajudou muito no calor de Madrid. A equipe de funcionários é muito atenciosa e a localização é excelente! A poucos passos da Gran Vía, da estação de metrô e próxima a lojas, restaurantes, bares. Eu recomendo e voltaria!

Es un alojamiento en el corazón de Madrid, todo esta cerca y lo puedes hacer caminando y si nesecitas un lugar solamente para dormir sin amenidades es ideal

Hostal muito bom, excelente localização, bem próximo a Gran Via! As instalações estão de acordo com as fotos no site. A única coisa que poderia melhorar, seria o colchão, pois não é muito firme. Lençóis e toalhas ótimos, limpinhos e confortáveis. O pessoal da recepção sempre muito gentil.

Asked the front desk and they booked a shuttle. It was 33 euros. They were very friendly.

The staff was excellent, the check-in process was very easy, the room was very small as shown in the photos. For a single person I really didn't need anything bigger. The location was really in the center of everything which is great except for when you try to sleep you can hear everything on the other side of the window and on the other side of the door. It may not be the best for light sleepers. For me cleanliness & convenience were the most important so five stars for that.

A localização é excelente ! Funcionários muito educados e prestativos, chuveiro muito bom apesar do banheiro ser bem pequeno e com pia externa, dentro do quarto. Estada foi excelente.

No breakfast, no frills, and the room was extremely cramped, much smaller than it seemed from the photos. It didn't seem 100% clean. The location was central, which was nice, but I wouldn't stay again.

Hay mucho ruido en la propiedad, no puede descansarse bien debido a que las paredes son muy delgadas, se oyen las conversaciones de los pasillos y las habitaciones contigua.
