提前两个月预订并已全额付款的豪华客房，入住时酒店却提供了两间阁楼普通客房，我们发现问题后和酒店沟通，酒店却以豪华客房无空房为由加以拒绝，并且不愿退回房间差价，一口咬定提供的就是预订的豪华间。英国牛津风尚酒店完全不可信，而且完全没有解决问题的诚意。

服務人員非常親切也非常棒!雖然地理位置稍微離鬧區有段距離，但是搭乘牛津公車也相當便利，主要是在住宅區內，感覺好像自己真的是牛津人一樣^Q^ 房間空間也大，尤其設有流理台跟微波爐，也有碗盤、刀叉，下次去的話也會優先考慮風尚

I stayed in the Ethos Hotel with my girlfriend in late January 2017. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area some 10-15 mins walking distance to the Oxford City Centre. The room was clean and cosy and has everything we need. The bed was comfortable and ensured us a good night sleep. They also provided us with a high-speed Wifi. The staff were polite and helpful and showed us how to get to the Blenheim Palace. We also enjoyed some delicious pizzas and a great full-English breakfast in the restaurant On the negative side, however, I prefer a table lamp on the desk. It was a bit dark when I was using my laptop. The bathroom had a strange smell of grease or wet paint (I could not find out the source of the smell) and the extraction fan was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a great stay and I will stay in Ethos again next time when I am in Oxford.

Extend the check in hours.

Staff were ok but maintenance needs work no toilet brush or bags for sanitry items television not working did mention but still wasn't working by the time we left for the amount of money I paid would no stay again ☹️

My granddaughter had a very nice 2 day stay at the Ethos Hotel. It was conveniently located in Oxford. The room was small, but comfortable. A fan was provided because of the heat. Breakfast was served in the cafe across the street. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Very convoluted check-in experience. Took ages! Rooms dated and not well insulated against noise. Hairdryers in both rooms not working. Very self-service… even for a full-English breakfast that should have come as per menu. Parking is a faff! Won’t be back.

Great hotel location for the river and south end of the city. Residential location which keeps it a quiet area. We used the park and ride and it was a 5 min slow walk to the hotel. Cafe on opposite side of road where you check in has good food and great service.

Wonderful experience

Very cosy, clean, everyone that works there r friendly and helpful. David works so hard to accommodate the clients, Rose is so hospitable. We loved the cafe. It feels like home Its the neighborhood cafe. Very safe. Very close to Shops, restaurants and the university of Oxford.

Clean, comfortable air conditioned room! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and included with my rate. It was within walking distance to all the places I needed to get to in central Oxford. I would stay again and recommend the Ethos hotel!

Staff were excellent & extremely helpful. Good location for a walk into town.

Vi hadde rom i toppetasjen med aircondition som passet oss fint på en dag med 33 + og hetebølge. Rommet hadde alt vi trengte. Kjøleskap, Micro og strykejern/strykebord. Veldig passene da vi var i bryllup og trenge å ordne klærne litt etter reisen. Veldig hyggelig personale og god frokost. Kort vei til alle severdighetene og med Head of the River rett bort i gata. Vi kommer tilbake ! Hadde rom nr 222👍😃

The room is large and well-maintained. Although there is no air conditioning in the unit we had, it was still very comfortable to stay there in the height of the summer. The breakfast at the cafe is excellent, with a variety of choices.

Overall a poor excuse for a hotel.

Le déjeuner et le souper était délicieux. La chambre était petite pour 4, surtout sans air climatisée. Le staff nous a trouvé un ventilateur, alors ce fit plus agréable de dormir la deuxième nuit.
