非常漂亮的、有特色的房子，离城堡也很近。我入住的时候遇到一点困难（因为我自己没有查看邮箱，我的问题），来了一个很帅的男生员工来帮我办理入住，感谢！

The location is a 10. It’s a short walk to in old Quebec. This was our fifth trip there and this was our favorite place to stay at. Our next trip we will look and see if it is available and if it is, we will book again.

We had a room with a Queen bed. The room was on the second floor. No elevator, but that wasn't an issue for us. Great air conditioning and a modern bathroom. Great location!

Perfect location to be close to all tourist spots. But be sure to write down both entry combinations when you leave the premises.

The property is beautiful. A stunning old building. Bed was comfortable, clean room and well appointed. The lobby is gorgeous. We really liked the location we could walk everywhere we wanted and needed to go. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was sorry that there wasn’t anyone at reception and that check-in was electronic. We did find the system easy enough to navigate but there is nothing like being greeted by someone in person.

Hôtel ancien plein de charme et idéalement situé. Notre chambre était propre, confortable et joliment décorée. Rien ne manque (cafetière, café, thé, fer à repasser, coffre, clim silencieuse, peignoir... ) et s'il manque quelque chose le personnel est très réactif. Un parking est disponible (payant (cher) et sur réservation). Seules ombres au tableau: aucun contact humain, et même s'ils sont très réactifs et serviables, je trouve extrêmement dommage de communiquer par mail ou texto... Autre ombre: un ménage qui n'est pas fait tous les jours (ou juste sur demande !), au vu du coût de la chambre, cela devrait aller de soi...

Les plus : hôtel dans une très belle demeure ancienne décorée avec goût. Très bien placé.... Les moins : pas de réception , le ménage n'est pas fait ou succinctement...

Excellent location and very convenient access

This is our second stay at the Clo St Louis. Love that the Clo is in old Quebec right where the festivities take place. Clean room and air-conditioning was welcomed with the extreme heat wave. Parking is limited and slightly expensive but we'll worth the cost to park at the Clo. Loved our seven days at the Clo!

The room was beautiful and clean, but we woke up to a leak in the bathroom. There had been a slow leak all night from what appeared to be a patch job on the ceiling, so when I woke up at 6 there was a liter of water on the floor. I appreciated that they do have a few parking spaces in the alley out back, but the little pink signs were hard to see. Otherwise, our stay was comfortable. The hotel conveniently located in Old Quebec City and we appreciated that the AC unit in the room worked well.

Excellent location. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Charming building and decor. Just be careful which staircase you go up. We failed to read signs and carried heavy suitcases up wrong one first! Also couldn't get tv to work, till we discovered it had been unplugged

This is a fantastic old building located approx. a 10 minute walk straight down to the Chateau Frontenac and Dufferin Terrace. The lobby was set up as a 19th (?) century sitting room, complete with porcelain figurines and lamps. The room we had was large, clean and well furnished. The bathroom was modern and clean. Our room was at the back of the building, overlooking a small parking lot, so there was no traffic noise. It was relatively quiet in the room, except for the room upstairs, which seemed to be moving the furniture around from one side to the other for two days. 😜 The room included a fridge, a coffee maker and bath robes. There are several restaurants within walking distance, as parking is extremely limited.

Awesome location, excellent facility, beautifully decorated and very comfortable!
