We had a great overall stay. The hotel was within walking distance to most major points of interests. The hotel and Old Quebec were visually stunning and provided an “Old Country” feel.

Super clean with a luxurious, antique vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning made for a perfect night's sleep. The suite is beautifully appointed, featuring a lovely hearth in the sitting room, large bathroom, and plenty of excellent lighting options

Easy check in and check out. The staff responded quickly to all questions that were asked by phone. The rooms were clean and quiet. Loved the exposed brick wall, definitely added personality to the room. Very conveniently located in Old Quebec.
Only downside is parking. The garages are small (luckily not far off site) hotel offers parking but you need to make a reservation before. Recommend having a small car so you can fit in the parking spots.

Good sized room which was quiet and clean but up 2 circular stair cases. Pack light because there is no bell boy to help with your luggage. This is a very attentive virtual hotel. 3 minutes from the chateau 3 minutes to the city walls. Really convenient and well situated. The bed was firm the room had a.c. Which we didn’t need it as it was early April and still winter in Quebec City. It seems hard to get a bad meal in Quebec City. The Continental Restaurant was a highlight! Almost like going to the theatre.

As an historic building, it’s not a good choice for anyone with limited mobility. The temperature in the room is not easily controlled. There is no one on site, which seems like it could be interesting but they haven’t yet worked out the kinks.
