Ein sehr haustierfreundliches Hotel mit gratis Leckerli und Wasser. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Frühstück ist super, man bereitet frische Eier und alles was man braucht, direkt zu. Ansonsten kann man Kaffee, Tee, Müsli und Toast etc. am Bufett holen. Parken ist auch problemlos möglich gewesen. Genial ist die Lage zur Stadt und zum Castle, perfekt für einen kurzen Spaziergang. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Was a comfortable stay. No direct path to room. Towels were stained. TV didn’t work. No proper fridge or microwave.

Lovely room,Staff very nice and welcoming. And my husband and I requested the same room as we stayed in before , as we were returning guests, to the hotel .And the hotel upgraded us to our preferred room .Thank you, and we will be returning soon .

Really friendly staff and the bar is a great social space. Room was more than big enough, nice and clean and warm. (I travel a lot with work and know the importance of a good shower, and the shower was definitely good!) Location is fantastic being in the old town and just down the road from the castle. Would definitely come back

I accidentally booked a disabled king room, but they kindly gave me a double room instead which was nice. However the room conditions were just tired looking, lighting could do with being upgraded as rooms are too dark. Tap on the sink was so wobbling off the basin, I also had bugs in the shower. Fridge was a noisy small desk one.

Room key card issues delayed entry to room and couldn’t get my own key for some time. Room was stuck in the70’s in an entirely unironic way. Carpet threadbare, bathroom sterile, furniture worn and damaged, tv remote working only intermittently, WiFi very slow. Staff helpful, issues not their fault.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel with very friendly staff. We had the Bruce suite which was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast before leaving also. Only complaint was the sealant round the shower had a substantial amount of black mould.

Nice and easy transaction

Bathroom stood out for me, nice and modern room with easy to understand heater! Very good reception staff and clean with a good tea and coffee selection in the room. It is uphill though.

Cosy room, close to centre of Stirling. Staff were very helpful and kind.

Excellent sized room

colessio hotel looked stunning upon arrival, from the outside, the reception/lobby area.. beautiful, however we were totally disappointed in our room, Personally I am not normally one to complain, and we unfortunately had dinner reservations so didnt have time to say to reception and be moved. but the carpet was an utter disgrace for a King deluxe room.. it was frayed, lifting at the toilet door and it was all rippling which is a trip hazard. sink in the bathroom also had a big chip out the glass and it was a sharp edge. I have taken pictures of these and am happy to forward them on.
