Gorgeous setting over the waterfalls

Great hotel for the night with good food and helpful staff.

I liked the setting. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was always too hot. No air conditioning, and we were only able to open the window a tiny crack. They had no bellhop to help with bags up the stairs at the front door. Upon checking out of the hotel we had to argue with the receptionist to get help with our luggage. We were not told about a way to address the bad tasting water coming out of our tap until I took a container down to the bar to get water there. It turns out they have water refill stations on each floor. The food served to us at breakfast was only average quality. This is not the 5 star hotel that they lead you to believe it is. It is not worth the prices you pay to stay here. They are doing well serving tour groups on large busses for an overnight stay. I was greatly disappointed in all respects.

Frühstücksbuffet war ganz ok, das Zimmer passabel - hatten ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug und im Hotel fand eine Festlichkeit statt, sodass die höhere Frequentierung bei Nacht die Geräusche der Aufzugsanlage einem in den Schlaf summte. Uns hat es leider nicht gefallen.

Loved it. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. The aqua aerobics class at the pool was a blast! I wish there was a gift shop.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, its decor &size & range of activities make it a great destination.

Beautiful spacious room spotless. A love note wishing my sister a happy birthday and a small box of chocolates. Very thoughtful. All the staff are so pleasant, courteous and nice. Food in bar was lovely. Guy playing music very good and enjoying. Breakfast was lovely and spent an hour in outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. Fabulous

If you visit the Cliffs of Moher, this is the perfect place to stay. Friendly staff and great room. The Bar and Breakfast were amazing.

Fabulous! We took the family for a 1 night break before the Christmas madness and it was just the tonic we needed. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and a breakfast to please everybody. We made 2 visits the pool which was the highlight for our kids aged 4,6 & 8:)
