the breakfast only have polish language please add the english ,also the waitress english is not very well I ordered 2 fired eggs with one face she just bring the normal fired eggs,and also the bed sheet is very dirty when i was first arriving the hotel,the room is nice and the free water should be 2 bottles only one ,it's not very comfortable

I am writing regarding my stay at Hotel Sopot from 8 to 12 June 2026, in room 210. I would like to provide feedback on several aspects of the stay which, unfortunately, meant that the overall experience did not meet my expectations. Already at check-in, there was uncertainty as to whether breakfast was included in the booking. I was first informed that breakfast was included, but this was then corrected and I was told that breakfast was not included after all. This created unnecessary uncertainty and gave a somewhat unprofessional impression upon arrival. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not working. It appeared that the hotel was already aware of this issue, but I was not informed about it at check-in. This should have been communicated in advance, or at least upon arrival, so that I could assess whether the room was acceptable or whether an alternative should have been offered. There were also several practical shortcomings in the room and bathroom. The water carafe in the room was too tall to be filled properly from the water dispenser in the corridor. It had to be held at an angle under the outlet while the button had to be kept pressed, which made the solution impractical. This seems like a simple issue to resolve by providing a lower carafe. In the bathroom, the sink plug was defective, causing the water to drain away so that the sink could not be filled. This was particu

Avoid at all cost, the hotel is a ran down, everything is damaged inside. The staff should be sacked immediately. Parking space is barely available. The gym is a joke. Basically they advertise as full of extras but everything is a poppet show with nothing included and everything outside. Really disappointed. On top of everything heavily overpriced for what’s on offer.

Nice hotel with a great middle Eastern restaurant. Enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Fint hotel, med ok frokost, hyggelig ansatte, men noen små mangler. Slitt treningsrom, en bar som stengte tidlig, men god lokasjon

The property has a great location - friendly staff - nice rooms - we enjoyed the visit. Food at the restaurant was very nice although service a bit slow - I wished they had robes and slippers available for guests in the room that was a missing piece

Fint hotell ca 10 min från stranden. Vi åkte i mitten av maj och då hade de tyvärr inte fått igång poolen eller öppnat strandbaren än. Lite synd. Rummen var fina, förutom att det saknades en garderob att hänga in kläder i. Annars, sköna sängar etc. Frukosten var varierad och jättegod. Vi åt också en kväll i restaurangen som serverade god libanesisk mat.

Very clean. Excellent breakfasts. Good location.

Ett par hade släpat in en större hund in i frukostrestaurangen. Hunden var orolig, skällde och krävde hela tiden parets uppmärksamhet. Personalen på hotellet gjorde ingenting. ;-(

Overall we had an excellent stay. It’s a very nice hotel. Smells nice, clean. Food is good as well. One thing that stood out was the decoration, hotel is well decorated. We will return.

Dubbelsängarna är inte hel. Två sängar som slås ihop.

The rooms are generally okay but restaurant is underwhelming, hotel staff is unfriendly and the check in and out is unnecessarily overcomplicated. I wont be coming back.
