the breakfast only have polish language please add the english ,also the waitress english is not very well I ordered 2 fired eggs with one face she just bring the normal fired eggs,and also the bed sheet is very dirty when i was first arriving the hotel,the room is nice and the free water should be 2 bottles only one ,it's not very comfortable

Flott hotell. Utrolig god frokost. Store rom og bad. Det er rent, nytt og veldig god seng og sengetøy. Rommet hadde minibar. 20 min å gå til sentrum og 5 min til stranda

Room and bathroom very clean, with mini fridge and safe in the room. All staff that I encountered from front desk, housekeepers and dining room were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I did not take advantage of the spa or pool, but hope to when I have an opportunity to return. It is a short walk to the beach, making it convenient to go out and watch the sunrise. A little further is the Sopot pier and the shopping and dining district.

Nice upscale hotel right by the sea and attractions

Spa was closed for the first 3 days of our stay. Really disappointing. Hotel itself is really nice with friendly staff.

Fantastisk spa med ång och torr bastu, pool på utsidan.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen beim Empfang waren sehr freundlich und angenehm. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Was allerdings extrem störte, war die Klimaanlage. Obwohl sie ausgeschaltet war, machte sie mitten in der Nacht Geräusche, mal laut, mal leiser. Es hörte sich an als wenn Wasser in ein Becken läuft. Unüberhörbar und Schlaf raubend.

Hele oplevelsen var meget god, god service ved check in og check ud, god service i restauranten, vi er meget tilfredse med opholdet både min søster og jeg.

Very nice hotel halfway between Gdansk and Gdynia. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Sopot was a very nice, clean and quiet Hotel. Perfect for us😀

Veldig pent hotell og rom med hyggelig service og god frokost. Fint spa med svømmebasseng og saunaer. Veldig fin beliggenhet til stranden med kun 5 min gange. Det var også en hyggelig beach bar tilhørende hotellet og gratis solsenger. God beliggenhet til det meste.

A modern hotel in a perfect location. Quiet rooms at the back of the hotel overseeing the trees, a fantastic breakfast with high quality fresh local produce. One issue - staff just don't seem to care. There was a fire alarm at 4am and after the announcement in Polish and English to evacuate there were no further details. Guests panicked, got dressed and rushed outside just to be told by the reception staff that the alarm is now cancelled. There was no follow-up announcement, no email to all guests confirming it's all fine or explaining what happened. When I asked the receptionist in the morning why we were not told straight away that the alarm is cancelled or given any details, she was oblivious and kept saying that it happens and it's what it is. We ended up having a terrible day as our child didn't go back to bed after waking up at 4am. Another case of the mediocre staff attention is when it was raining really hard and I asked to borrow an umbrella just for a minute to move my child without getting soaked from the hotel to the taxi and the reception person and again the attitude was that the hotel does not provide umbrellas. Small things matter and make a big difference so I hope this feedback will be considered by the hotel to make some improvements.

Wonderful spa hotel, very enjoyable stay and perfect way to end our trip in Poland

We loved the proximity to Sopot but the quietness of a location outside of the downtown area.

Personalen är inte så intresserad av att prata engelska, så svårt att få hjälp. Vi fick vänta på vårat rum vid incheckning. Men hotellet överlag var trevligt.
