Everything was nice however very unaccommadating in regards to a late check-out especially since it was my birthday weekend.

Everything about the SLS Baha Mar is lovely. From the immaculate room to the relaxing pools, helpful staff and delicious food, our family enjoyed every part of our vacation.

The staff was not accommodating at all. The rooms are tiny.

Prices were way to high $21 for a beach drink

Nice stay. The fight to get lounge chairs gets old. Always people who put towels on multiple chairs early in the morning and don’t show up all day.

SLS is great. Hotel is clean and service is great. The only issue I’d say is that rooms are super small. A 2 queen bed ocean view room for 2 adults had zero space in the bathroom for any toiletries. Felt very cramped. I also paid for an ocean view room but I only got a “partial” view with half a balcony. I didn’t know there were options to select a “full ocean view”! Also, so many kids and infants! There were barely any adults!

Clean room (excellent) and nice staff. We were happy with all of that. I will note that we seemed to be under the impression that it was more of a adult place, however it was full of a lot of young children. Not that there is anything wrong with having children there but i think we misunderstood the description. ...there were a LOT of kids at SLS Baha.

The checkout process was disorganized despite me following the specific instructions provided and checking out early. I was still charged a resource fee, a wine minibar fee that I did not use, and a $50 restaurant charge for dinner, even though I explicitly asked the front desk to cancel my reservation.

Beautiful experience

The resort is beautiful! And it stops about there for the compliments! Service is 3/10 Food 5/10 Cost value 2/10 Once you arrive, it seems they have you! Prices are higher than Las Vegas strip! If you’re looking for a relaxing child free holiday-stay away! Restaurant food is mediocre and they are all off a casino gambling floor which sucks more money out of your wallet! The only place that accepts cash is the casino! Chairs at the pool are also extra costs! We travel every year to a new sunny destination and this one will not be visited again and I will be letting friends know of the incredible costs and price gouging!!! Not 1 person we spoke to was happy about this place aside from the grounds! I’m not typically a reviewer but this one was super disappointing, I felt I had to say something! 1 week-$9,000! King size room and we didn’t eat very much!

The room was small and not very comfortable. There was a clear lack of staff, with no service at the pool or beach areas and no personnel available to guide or assist us. The pool service was horrible especially for the prices I was paying for drinks and bottles. At check-in, the front desk offered us champagne for our last night, but it was never delivered and was simply forgotten. Front desk apologized for not sending it admitting to have forgotten. Our dinner reservations were also not made as promised. Overall, the service was very poor, and the hostesses at all the restaurants were rude and unwelcoming. This experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.

Very well maintained property ,a lot to do for adults and for kids .Nice beach and free entry to water park.

Everything was good except the tiny room with no bathroom door. Room 1004. Very hard for a couple with an adult child.

The property was huge with lots of great amenities. Prices were very high.

Rooms were clean, staff were awesome and food was really good. We felt safe the entire time.
