I have stayed in quite many different hotels and this Riad is one of the best accommodations I have ever experienced. After a long trip from Sahara desert, I was stunned by the serene vibe of this Riad and had a refreshing shower here. The facilities and room were clean and it showed a traditional Moroccan style in detail. The breakfast was absolutely amazing as to my surprise, I tasted one of the best yogurt. However, it would be better if they could deliver the breakfast quicker. I was in a rush but it seems most of the guests needed to wait for more than 30 mins for the breakfast. Some staff could not speak basic English so it had a hard time communicating the needs at first. There can be some random strangers in the street at night. Remember not to follow them even they tried to sell you or claim to know the boss of this hotel.

Great place to stay! Everyone was kind and the riad was very beautiful. Our room was on the third floor and had its own little enclosed terrace overlooking the courtyard. The room had everything except for a phone, but they do have a Whatsapp that you can use to communicate with reception so that was problem solved. The rooftop terrace view during sunrise was 10/10. We saw Fes a few times from a panoramic view but the view of the Medina from this rooftop was probably the best I saw during my trip. The only thing we didn't like during our stay was the private taxi they arranged for us to the train station cost 150DH. We regret going with them bc we could've just walked to the next square (less than 5 mins) and gotten our own taxi for 30DH. Overall, we greatly recommend.

Excellent location and excellent staff, very beautiful accommodation, staff were very helpful, Fatima and Ali went out of the way to make our stay as comfortable, both provided exceptional service during our 4 night stay, recommend staying in this Riad while visiting Morocco

Great service and rooms.

Hospitality at this Riad was unmatched! Ali was amazing, he went above and beyond to make us comfortable and even helped us find medicine when we became sick. The Riad is also beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast and dinner menu. The only comment we have was that our room was a little quirky and the bathroom was dated. The door was super small causing us to hit our heads a few times - maybe not recommended for tall people like us above 5’8.

A wonderful place to stay in Fes! The staff were great, courteous, respectful and very helpful. The riad is very beautiful, with the highlight being the rooftop view. The room was very cozy and comfortable.

This hotel is a charming place to stay when exploring the historic Fes Medina and its surrounding areas. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious, featuring a variety of local and international options. The reception staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Fes for an authentic experience.

The riad was fabulous, we loved every minute there and wished we could have stayed longer. Ali made this stay perfect. Will definitely come back one day.

Excelente Riad. Muy accesible desde la Bab Boujloud (aunque sí es conveniente tenerlo cargado en alguna aplicación de mapas), pero una vez que sabes llegar es muy accesible. Eso sí, una vez en el Riad es un verdadero lujo, desde la atención de llegada hasta la arquitectura del Riad y todos los rincones que puedes disfrutar y, por supuesto, su deliciosa desayuno. No dudes ni un segundo en seleccionar este Riad. Está excelente.

Excellent service from the staff. Loved breakfast and our room was very nice with good air conditioner.

One would never believe to find a place like this behind the walls of the place. It has an impressive hall/ball room in the middle. Rooms are a bit small with a low ceiling, but really authentic. Don’t expect an impersonal chain hotel, it’s not perfect, but that makes it charming and unique. We parked outside the Medina, there seems to be a way closer to the hotel, but Google maps leads to just one gate with one way traffic. So we dropped the car there and just walked in.
