The room is very clean. They make up the room very clean. We had a big breakfast and omelette which are very delicious. The waitresses Glenda and Vicky are very kind. Good experience in this hotel.

we booked a normal room, but they turned out arranged me in a low floor easy access room (room: 710) even i requested a higher floor room. When i made the booking in hotels.com, it said there will be free upgrade of room type with my gold membership, but they gave us nothing!!! the shower of the room doesn't even have a door, which was so cold when taking shower, and mold was everywhere in the shower room. the left side of the drape do not mount properly, leaving bring light coming in every morning. this was the 2nd time i stayed in this hotel, while the overall feeling for the first stay was great, this time was really bad. my colleague staying in room 810 also sharing similar feeling about the shower room, and most important, she felt the room wasn't clean properly everyday as she can found a lot of hair left on the floor at the 2nd and 3rd day of staying.

First couple floors of the hotel was leaking, karma lounge was closed as well due to it. Elevator to the parking lot was also not functional.

realmente llegué, y el hotel estaba en caos porque se les inundó la parte de el lobby con un ruido espantoso con las máquinas. Un personal de ballet parking demasiado grosero y prepotente conmigo. Todavía se atreve a decirme que ahí se había, hablaba solo inglés, muy pelado. Algunos bastante cordiales y serviciales, pero otros demasiado prepotentes.

Clean room, amazing view, night club in the hotel, pool and hot tub are great. Just all around an awesome experience.
