We recently stayed here for a birthday getaway and genuinely enjoyed the experience. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, and the in room dining service was equally fantastic, prompt, delicious, and exactly what we needed.
The location is absolutely prime. It's an easy walk right down to the water, and while the view from our room was mostly of the surrounding buildings, the scenery in the immediate area was phenomenal.
The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The only minor issue we encountered was that our in-room coffee machine needed to be descaled. However, that was a very small detail in an otherwise wonderful visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area!

I stayed here multiple times and this is my favorite place to stay in the area. Amazing friendly staff and great customer service with a really nice rooms. A great pool area and a really nice gym. I love the yoga room as I'm in there every morning doing yoga. I will be back!

we booked a normal room, but they turned out arranged me in a low floor easy access room (room: 710) even i requested a higher floor room.
When i made the booking in hotels.com, it said there will be free upgrade of room type with my gold membership, but they gave us nothing!!!
the shower of the room doesn't even have a door, which was so cold when taking shower, and mold was everywhere in the shower room.
the left side of the drape do not mount properly, leaving bring light coming in every morning.
this was the 2nd time i stayed in this hotel, while the overall feeling for the first stay was great, this time was really bad.
my colleague staying in room 810 also sharing similar feeling about the shower room, and most important, she felt the room wasn't clean properly everyday as she can found a lot of hair left on the floor at the 2nd and 3rd day of staying.
