The property needs a lot of updating..the first room we got was abit musty but the staff member put us into another room which was better ..they were helpful when needed and the breakfast was delicious ..would stay again if in the area but the place needs alot of updating

Hotel is currently undergoing renovations that were evident. Updates were looking good but unfinished. The room was clean and big and staff friendly and helpful. Main issue I had was the bathroom layout. Not sure if there will be changes to this with the planned renos, not likely due to expense, but the toilet was crowded into the same room as the bathtub/shower and the toilet paper dispenser was behind the door. If you forgot to shut the door before sitting it took a bit of contortion to get at the paper. If this came with breakfast we didn't try it.

The room is affordable and clean. The only thing is there should've been pillowcases on the pillows instead of just the shams that match the bedspread. The air conditioner worked well. The TV worked well. The hotel in general is really rundown though and needs a good overhaul. I didn't see before I went that there was no elevator and personally could've used one and had no choice to go up quite a few stairs.

Wifi was not working in my room it was 230 room number called front desk they reseted wifi router but i not helped my issue and did switch my room

The room was clean and comfortable for a family of four. It was well soundproofed and the continental breakfast was good. However, the pool water was cold.

It was okay to have a place to sleep. It is under major renovations including the pool. It was close to a number of food choices. If you are looking for a place that you just need to have a place to sleep it was okay. If you are looking for anything fancy I would look elsewhere, at least until they finish their renovations.

It was fine, had to ask for towels twice on two different days. The last night the tv didn’t work called and told their was nothing that could be done.

The room was in poor condition. Old mattresses on both beds, worn carpet and cracked floor tiles. The shower diverter valve didn’t want to stay in position and the sink drained very poorly. I reported the sink drain but I don’t know if anything has been done to fix it. There was no cleaning or make up service provided the next day, so I had to request new towels when I got back for my second night’s stay. On the good side, it’s close to shopping, restaurants and the parking is free. I would only stay here again if there were no other options.

The room was dirty. There was only toiletries for one person in a double room. The towels were thin and discoloured. Not sure the sheets hadn’t already been slept in .
