出入要經過一條斜坡，不駕車很不方便。行李多或購物不是太好選擇

There is a slope next to the hotel, if you’re traveling with elder people or small children, it might be little inconvenient

Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home.

The hotel suitable for the guests with the car. The location is nice the view is awesome. The hotel a bit old, it’s better to have renovation upgrade the infrastructure.

老酒店，標準的五星酒店，有很漂亮的海港景觀。每天都要爬坡一段路才能回到酒店，被鄰近的四季酒店比下去了！

一流ホテルでしたね。 かなりのオススメです。 ちょっと坂がきついですが、坂を使わないように、他の駅に行けば良いと思う。

View was good. The rooms are very old and worn. Valet is not 24 hours, so a pain if you come back at 12am

What a stay we had. We could not fault anything at the Shangri La. Be sure to head to Blu Bar for a drink at sunset. It will not disappoint. Our room was fantastic, the staff went above and beyond. We will be back

The service was exceptional even for a 5 star hotel and Australia which both are generally on a high level. The views (especially from the upper floors) are breathtaking. There are so many things I couldn't take advantage of because I stayed too short. Next time, that mistake needs to be fixed by my planning. There are a few hotels that are closer to Circular Quay (Oh.. spelling in English...my appologies for any/many mistakes) and parking is the most expensive in Sydney (at least I did not see any higher rates and they are only until 3 pm no matter when you arrive) but other than that this place is paradise and top of my list.

ホテルの立地は抜群に良いです。サキュラキーや、ロックスは徒歩圏内で、散歩するには最高な場所でした。 ホテルも清潔感がありスタッフも、英語が話せない私は翻訳アプリを用いての会話でしたが、とても親切に対応してくれました。 機会があったらまた行きたいです。

Beautiful view

Breakfast is very slow and disjointed on what you order with your drinks and breakfast items, disapointing

First room with a view was just a busy road. Second room was higher and definitely better. 3rd try we got to see the 36th floor view which is worth seeing. Rooms are very comfortable.

The cost of breakfast was high in relation to the cost of the food in the lounge which was great value for money. The process for the buffet breakfast was not explained so we were somewhat unprepared when a waitress asked for our egg order. Check in was somewhat poor as the staff member did not appear to fully understand our booking. Amenities were not fully explained. The hotel is located in a great location close to the rocks area, ferry and tram network. Overall we enjoyed our stay as our room was spacious with great views.
