Quarto enorme, bem decorado, tudo novo, limpeza muito boa, mas o destaque do hotel é a excelente equipe, funcionários super educados, solicitos, educados, qq pedido é atendido com presteza e simpatia, fizemos uma estadia longa e com pessoa convalescente no quarto e mesmo assim fomos muito bem atendidos. Destaque para a funcionária Patrícia do restaurante, Marcielle que arrumava o nosso quarto e José da que nos ajudava com malas e entregas. Pessoal da recepção também nota 10!!! Café da manhã excelente, variado, farto e muito gostoso. Voltarei mais vexe

o quarto e de um absoluto bom gosto, o atendimento da recepcao e impecavel. O perfume no ar quando vc entra na recepcao ja te deixa leve. Super recomento este hotel. O cafe da manha e impecavel, com uma variedade muito grande de frutas, e outras coisas mais. Parabens para eles e feliz e quem pode se hospedar la!!!!

The room is very good, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of options, and the hotel staff is very polite and helpful. However, the pool and the gym are very disappointing. The pool is extremely small, shallow, and honestly feels more like a large bathtub than a real pool. It looks completely different from the photos, which seem to be more of a marketing choice. Unfortunately, this is not exclusive to this unit, since the Copacabana location has the same issue, although the pool there is slightly better than this one. The gym is also very poor. Several pieces of equipment are broken, and you are basically limited to training with dumbbells. There is very little usable equipment beyond that. Overall, for a short business trip where I only need a place to sleep, I would definitely stay here again. But if the goal is to relax, enjoy the pool, or spend vacation time, I would not return.
