We were given a very warm welcome at check in, free drink vouchers, and a room upgrade. The view of the falls was amazing, the included buffet breakfast was delicious and had hot and cold options. Everything was clean, could not fault the hotel, and would happily stay again.

This stay turned out to be the worst part of our trip. Before I come to the hotel we had booked a King Fallview room online and paid However, during check-in, due to our limited English, we signed the paperwork without fully understanding it. Later, we were shocked to receive a charge of over to much When we asked about it, the staff claimed they had "upgraded" our room—yet it looked exactly the same as the I was booked that room shown in their online photos. Be very careful with this hotel—it’s a totally scam.

The environment is very good. You can see the waterfall as soon as you open your eyes. I just booked a room in advance, but when I arrived, I was told that there were no rooms. The twin beds were replaced by a single bed room.
