Located within Zone two, near underground station with easy access facilities and Bus Stop, go to Heathrow Airport conveniently by Piccadily Line without changing the underground line, three stops reach Harrods, the disavantages are small bed room, toilet seat is too high in ground floor.

Pros: Convenint location, very close to subway station; Cons: extremely tight space in bathroom (quadruple room), like in airplane bathroom

Upon check-in, the room had a musty odour to it, which lingered; lacked proper upkeep; and overall felt neglected.

Bedding configuration not as needed. Left hotel for another property on the assurance I would be refunded. Now they will not... and I didn't even get to use the room with 3 adults in 2 small beds. Complete ripoff. BAIT & SWITCH. DISHONEST PROPERTY

Clean room and great staff.

Shower is a little bit “weak” and TV was not working (the channels weren’t work… I couldn’t see images only sound).

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4.Stock. Es war OK, die Betten sehr schmal (1×Einzel +1xDoppel), das Bad war sehr klein aber ok. Leider gab es kaum Abstellflächen. Die Reinigung war schlecht bis ganz schlecht. Minuspunkt, die Klimaanlage, sie ist unglaublich laut. Da sie auch als Heizung dient, lief sie ständig. Trotzdem wir sie abgedreht hatten, stellte sie sich in der Nacht automatisch wieder an. Das Frühstück in Buffetform war OK aber nichts Besonderes. Da hatten wir in anderen 3Stern Hotels schon weitaus bessere Erfahrungen gemacht. Es gibt Eine Sorte Schinken, eine Sorte Wurst und eine Sorte Käse. Butter, Marmelade und Honig und Toastbrot. Dazu verschiedene Blätterteigaufbackweckerln. Beim Kaffeeautomat gab es nie heißes Wasser und ab Tag 3 auch keine heiße Schokolade mehr. Die Anbindung an die U-Bahn war sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war für einen Citytrip angemessen, der Personal überaus freundlich und das Frühstück okay.

Great buffet breakfast included in price. Attentive staff Room clean and tidy. Great location for Earls court Station and shops.

Pieni huone, kuten koko hotelli oli hyvin siisti. Se vastasi oikein hyvin tämön hintatason Lontoolaishotellilta odotettavia vaatimuksia ja odotuksia. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä asiakkaita huomiovaa.

Very good but the quality of the bed was not the best, shower was really an issue to regulate temp of water.

今回2回目の滞在です。 Earl's Courtの駅の真裏でアクセスがとてもいいです。周辺は飲食店やスーパー、薬局など揃ってて便利です。 建物自体は古いですが、リノベーションされててこの辺にしては珍しくエレベーターもあり、バスルームも狭いけれどきれいです。 部屋のハンガーやコップは少ないので、必要なら聞いてみるか、持参した方がよいと思います。 朝食はパン、卵、ハム、フルーツ、ヨーグルトとベーシックなもですが、朝食付きでこの値段はLondonでは貴重です。 スタッフの方々はみんなフレンドリーで親切です。 また泊まりたいと思います。

Jeg savnet et nattbord og noe å legge kofferten på. Det er ikke bra å legge kofferten på gulvet. Det var plass på rommet til et koffertstativ.
