酒店所有服務簡直完美,早餐非常棒,房間裡面mini bar 免費享用,地點在車站與大教堂旁邊,方便又漂亮,早上還有免費報紙,唯一缺點就是早餐咖啡有點難喝,房間沒有快煮壺,我猜德國人不愛喝茶XD?

位置非常好！就在火車站及科隆大教堂旁邊，雖然在中心位置，但晚上房間還是很寧靜。Staff服務專業、親切有善！我們住的是Deluxe room，房間裝修漂亮，面積大。絕對是非常難忘的住宿經驗！

Seit 20 Jahren bleiben wir zweimal im Jahr in diesem Hotel, wenn wir in London sind. Wir findet das Hotel sehr zentral und praktisch für die City wie auch für das West end. Einzige was uns wirklich stört, ist, dass wir jedes Mal wenn wir einchecken gefragt werden, ob dies nun unser erstes Mal in ihrem Hotel ist. Wenn man Kunden schon während 20 Jahren zweimal im Jahr im Hotel hat, sollte man seine Kundendatei doch so führen können, dass man das weiss.
