从前台到餐厅，所有员工都非常友善。💖
我来这里是因为我妈妈的游泳俱乐部有活动，所以我实际上没有过夜。但我懒得来回跑去 Puncak。我带了我的叔叔和阿姨，所以我们订了 3 间房：2 间双人房和 1 间三卧室房（我住的）。
当我到达房间时，发现不知道从哪里漏水，但工作人员很快就来了，尽管他们只给了我们一块门垫。😂 最后，他们提出给我们换房，但当时已经很晚了，所以我们自然拒绝了，因为我们懒得再打扫和搬家。他们提出给我们换成 2 卧室房。😂
最后，退房仍然是人工办理，需要等待，而不是快速退房。
谢谢你们，你们太好了。💖💖

总体来说适合孩子，只是房间感觉较小。即使有两张大床。唯一的礼拜场所是祈祷室，没有清真寺设施供恰好在周五祈祷的穆斯林使用

Lokasi hotel enggak terlalu jauh tapi lumayan sejuk, dingin, pagi-pagi malah ada kabut-nya, fasilitas oke, kolam renangnya besar dan ada wisata outdoor-nya juga dengan mobil shuttle, cocok untuk keluarga, makanan di cafe dan breakfast-nya juga lumayan enak dan ada minimarket juga di dalamnya

Sempet kaget kalau bawa anak di atas 12 th kena charge 176550 atau tambah ectra bed 268rb. Jadi 1 kamar hanya untuk 2 orang dewasa. Jadi kena mahal kalau begini mending booking ditempat lain. Sarapan pun disuruh pilih tidak buffet. Mau minta bantal sama selimut kena charge lagi saya pikir sudah bayar charge 1 orang. Hedeuh

Staff ramah, kamar nyaman & bersih. Cuma kamar mandi air menggenang, suasana hening & dingin, minus restauran & resepsionis belum 24 jam, untuk cari makanan kalau makan harus keluar dan lumayan jauh. Untuk wahana yang tersedia di cigwa karena kemarin check in Kamis malam, setelah berenang Jumat pagi nunggu shuttle untuk ke wahana lama lebih dari 30 menit dan harus berulang-berulang minta akhirnya wahana keburu tutup dikarenakan karyawan mau shalat Jumat jadi terpaksa menunggu. Overall sih ok

Tempat bagus, seperti nya hotel lama tapi setidaknya bangunan dan kamarnya masih terawat, kamar mandi air panas nya oke banget, kolam renang nya luas bangett dan ada kolam renang hidden gem, keren Sik, fasilitas anak juga oke kok, anak-anak suka dan senang banget. Breakfast nya sayang ga dapet yang prasmanan tapi enak nasi goreng dan mie gorengnya.

Pros: Good experience, good hospitality, many facilities to try, delicious foods, large pool, nice views, etc. Cons: There are so many mosquitoes (because in jungle area), delay shuttle car (longer time to wait than walk), many facilities are not open in weekdays, open hours at facilities till 3 pm in weekdays, slippery and sharp rocks in cave facility, etc.

Lokasi lumayan deket dari tol Ciawi kurleb 20menit melalui jalan alternatif, pelayanan oke, kamar bersih & nyaman, kebersihan top, lengkap ada toko swalayan. Sarapan nya standar, tempat bermain anak cukup lengkap tapi berbayar, kolam renang nya cukup luas dan ramah anak. Cuma agak jauh aja kalo mau cari tempat makan yang di luar penginapan.
