It's an oldschool hotel but so well maintained. The lobby is beautiful. I did some work/attend a training online while staying there and it felt great. Restaurant in beachfront is good. All staff are helpful and friendly. Overall, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency Bali.

Excellent and relaxing stay at Hyatt Regency! We had 6 days vacation in Bali and it would not be any better break than this one. Hotel complex is very very comfortable and all facilities are first class. Room, breakfast, pool, dinner, extremely friendly staff. We liked it a lot.

最值得购买值得入住的酒店！早餐确实很美味，地方稍微有点角落但是真的很有沙努尔的氛围！清洁度保持得很好，所有工作人员都很乐于助人且友好，一开始的教育确实高于标准。晚上买了恭喜柑，到的时候正好是恭喜的时间，所以还有舞狮！下次来凯悦酒店👍🏻

一開始飯店櫃台告知hotels.com取消我們的預訂，讓我們感到非常錯愕，於是我們找出付款證明給櫃檯，之後他們便非常好的幫我們處理一切事宜，主動跟hotels.com聯絡。整體環境、服務都非常好，房間很新、很乾淨，床頭JBL音響效果不錯，唯有房間玄關處的地板疑似有反潮滲水的狀況，請飯店處理後非常快來清理，雖然沒完全解決，但沒構成太大的困擾，就不介意了。早餐的選項多，但口味較一般，旁邊的義式餐廳就很棒！

老店新開的Hyatt Regency擁有Sanur beachfront 最佳地點，海灘寬廣乾淨，維護的很好。飯店擁有漂亮的老花園、神木級的巨樹和荷花池，也有數個不同的泳池可供選擇。泳池旁也有腳踏車可以租借，可以沿著海岸騎著單車欣賞海景。我們住在這裡四天,多次在飯店用餐，出乎我們意料的美味及合理的價格,人員服務的品質也非常好。房間空間雖然小了一點但都是全新的,床墊和床單、枕頭都很棒。我現在已經開始懷念他了！

环境超好，服务超好。房间设施普通，但是床很舒适宽大，在阳台上吃早餐，会有小雀和松鼠不时来凑热闹，可爱极了！！酒店有私有海滩，与家人一起悠闲晒着太阳看着小说，这才是我要的度假啊！出门的一条街上，有一个很大的超市，可以买面包和鸡蛋、牛奶、果汁、水果，太喜欢它的存在了！酒店出门往右走还有一家店，可惜不记得名字，好吃分量大还价格低，晚上还有一位歌手自弹自唱，生意很好！

Perfection from start to finish. The staff are so polite, genuinely friendly and extremely helpful going above and beyond, especially the morning breakfast staff member Listya who took the time to learn our names and food and beverage preferences. She is a true asset to the Hyatt and one of the reasons that I would rate our stay so highly.

A superb hotel, right on the beach & a short stroll to the Restuarants.
All the staff are so helpful.
A great idea with the beds on the beach that no reservations can be done so no hogging unused beds if left unattended for 45-60 minutes. 👍
The food and service was impeccable.
