I stayed at this hotel for 2 days for BLACKPINK's DEADLINE WORLD TOUR concert. The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, it was close to GBK, and I think the price was really worth it for the spacious room. If I go back to Jakarta, I will stay at ARTOTEL SUITES again🖤🥰

The hotel is very comfortable and not far from GBK, just a 20-minute walk. Requesting early check-in was not possible because at that time I wanted to watch BP's concert, the rooms were full, it's okay. I also got an upgrade to a premium room, thank you very much, but they said they would contact me via WhatsApp when the room was ready, but in fact there was no WhatsApp (maybe it was very busy because at that time there were also many people who wanted to check in to watch BP). The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious but in my opinion the variety was a bit less interesting, the food that ran out was not refilled quickly, it was left empty for a long time and no one was controlling it so I was lazy to wait. I saw it as if there was a shortage of staff in the restaurant. There were 2 baby cockroaches in the room.

I booked a studio, but upon check-in, I was offered a premium upgrade. The toilet turned out to be uncomfortable. The shower and bathtub were combined, so water leaked onto the slippery floor during the shower.
Over the course of two days, the power went out four times: three times (due to a faulty room sensor) and once the entire building.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak and sometimes dropped out.

Here's the problem.
- I was confused because everything in the hallway was so clearly audible, especially in the morning, around 6-8 AM. The sound of people walking back and forth and banging things was so loud in the hallway.
- Late checkout can't be requested until 1 PM. My check-in was quite late, around 6:30, if I'm not mistaken.
- The hot water was delayed for a long time. It took 3 minutes for it to come out. This needs to be checked regularly, because when I wanted to shower at night, it was a bit disruptive.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days for BLACKPINK's DEADLINE WORLD TOUR concert. The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, it was close to GBK, and I think the price was really worth it for the spacious room. If I go back to Jakarta, I will stay at ARTOTEL SUITES again🖤🥰

Had a really wonderful stay here! All the staff is very helpful and nice. Room was great, clean, and spacious. The food was great too! So much variety and all food are tasty! Definitely will come back for another staycation!

The service from the hotel staff was excellent. The room was incredibly clean and comfy. The restaurant food for breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was kid-friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy. Overall, my stay experience was awesome. Thank you for the hospitality.

A great stop for family or business, it provides great ambiance and activities to do. The location is accessible and close to many buildings and public facilities. The food is great and many healthy options offered, it has a very good coffee, one of the best hotel's coffee by far IMHO!

The hotel is very comfortable and not far from GBK, just a 20-minute walk. Requesting early check-in was not possible because at that time I wanted to watch BP's concert, the rooms were full, it's okay. I also got an upgrade to a premium room, thank you very much, but they said they would contact me via WhatsApp when the room was ready, but in fact there was no WhatsApp (maybe it was very busy because at that time there were also many people who wanted to check in to watch BP). The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious but in my opinion the variety was a bit less interesting, the food that ran out was not refilled quickly, it was left empty for a long time and no one was controlling it so I was lazy to wait. I saw it as if there was a shortage of staff in the restaurant. There were 2 baby cockroaches in the room.

I booked a studio, but upon check-in, I was offered a premium upgrade. The toilet turned out to be uncomfortable. The shower and bathtub were combined, so water leaked onto the slippery floor during the shower.
Over the course of two days, the power went out four times: three times (due to a faulty room sensor) and once the entire building.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak and sometimes dropped out.

Here's the problem.
- I was confused because everything in the hallway was so clearly audible, especially in the morning, around 6-8 AM. The sound of people walking back and forth and banging things was so loud in the hallway.
- Late checkout can't be requested until 1 PM. My check-in was quite late, around 6:30, if I'm not mistaken.
- The hot water was delayed for a long time. It took 3 minutes for it to come out. This needs to be checked regularly, because when I wanted to shower at night, it was a bit disruptive.
