My favorite hotel when I go visit Solo. Everything here is perfect. The price is affordable. The room is super clean. All staff are nice and friendly. One more thing, the location is really good. You can get Soto and restaurant Mie Jawa in front of the hotel, just in case you don't want to go far away from the hotel. Another thing, they facilitate a water dispenser so no need to worry about water for drinks. Thank you Alana!

It was a pleasure staying at Alana Hotel. The swimming pool is clean and spacious. There is a hot tub and towels are provided. There is also a water dispenser near the room. Breakfast is complete and delicious.

Thank you The Alana Malang, friendly staff, delicious food, clean, and according to request (connecting door), even our room was upgraded from deluxe to deluxe premier. Thengkyu. Even though the parking lot is narrow, there is a valet who is fast. Amazing 👍👍

Be careful about leaving important items in your room when you leave. Yesterday, I left my watch on the table while I had breakfast. The next day, I realized it was gone. I reported it to the receptionist and asked them to help me find it, and it was suddenly under the bed. I had already looked under the bed.

The rooms are spacious, and the special thing is that breakfast is free for children under 12. The staff at all levels are friendly (reception, security, and restaurant service). The swimming pool facilities are excellent. A suggestion regarding the bathroom area is that the floor around the sink and toilet is difficult to drain if it gets wet or has standing water because there is no drainage. Children are prone to slipping due to the slippery surface.

Alana, you guys should pay attention to your cleanliness. I always visit this hotel for my business every week. But I am very upset about the cleanliness of your room. There is a lot of dust in the room, bathroom. Even the towels are smelly.

The rooms are spacious, and the special thing is that breakfast is free for children under 12. The staff at all levels are friendly (reception, security, and restaurant service). The swimming pool facilities are excellent. A suggestion regarding the bathroom area is that the floor around the sink and toilet is difficult to drain if it gets wet or has standing water because there is no drainage. Children are prone to slipping due to the slippery surface.
