員工服務很好，房間很乾靜，回住第二次，還有到房間服務的按摩 cp超高 早餐選擇不多， 但還不錯😊

很好的景色，但早餐種類略少，整體周邊便利性高 很值得入住

真的是騙很大!!!真的令人生氣!!! 11/22我們倆在酒店報名3小島LULI ISLAND.COWRIE ISLAND.STARFISH ISLAND.1340P/P.8-5PM.酒店旅遊小單也是寫這跳3小島.e-mail聯繫也是寫這3小島.也寫5點結束.結果導遊說不去STARFISH ISLAND.更改去一個小礁用木板搭起的一個浮台.從LULI ISLAND開船過去5分鐘很近.在COWRIE ISLAND吃完午餐.導遊又喊撤.2點上船回酒店.偷工減料.偷時間.不合理的安排.回到酒店前台.我去投訴2天.都沒有回應.此飯店專門欺騙客人?此飯店不值得信任!!!

convinient location

整體不錯，餐廳面海，漂亮，個人覺得早餐好吃，一早去海邊跑步很讚。

The view of the baywalk from the room is quite nice. It is very convenient to go to baywalk and supermarket from the hotel.The room is quite large and they have all necessities. The free buffet breakfast is ok with frequent refill. The down side is the poor wifi connection in the room. Also, the staff looked a bit blunted, as compared to other local B&B.

The stay was good. It would have been great if they clean the room up a little bit. It felt like if we needed something like fresh bed sheets.

I booked this hotel based on its online advertising, which turned out to be very misleading. Several amenities and features shown in the listing were either unavailable or did not exist at all. The STANDARD room we were given did not match the photos or description. Most concerning, the room had no window, something that was never disclosed during booking. Because I am asthmatic, the lack of proper ventilation caused serious health issues, and we were forced to leave three nights early for medical reasons. This was not a matter of preference but of safety. When we informed the staff, there was little understanding or effort to accommodate us. Had the hotel been honest about the room conditions, we would never have booked this stay. The room did not match the photos, and features that were a big reason for my booking were either “out of order” or never existed in the first place. When I raised this with staff, the response was dismissive and unhelpful, as if this was a common complaint they were used to ignoring. I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if the information had been accurate. Transparency matters, and this place seriously lacks it. I do not recommend staying here unless you’re comfortable gambling on whether what’s advertised is actually real. I strongly believe this property misrepresents itself and fails to consider guest well-being. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with respiratory or health concerns.

Clean rooms, always stocked rooms with towels and bathroom accessories, friendly staff!

Shower and bathroom were a bit of a disaster everytime you showered, images don’t reflect the typical room. Breakfast was good, access to the gym was nice as well.

We had a great stay, hotel is well located in the center, convenient for tour pickups, breakfast is ok, but main concern was that we booked a tour through an agency, and for some reason one of the tour providers had a mishandling situation, that being a third party, they reached to the hotel, and the managing personal of the hotel, gave away our information to the third party. This was very surprising from the hotel reception not to keep our privacy first.

Very nice hotel, staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was in good condition. Within walking distance of SM Mall. Lots of local shops and food outlets.

The staff was amazing and the service was great. The only thing I didn't like was the bed, the bed was too hard for me, but that is only my preference. Other than that, i highly recommend a stay here.

This is a great place. One caveat, the beds are very hard.

The property is this small front tucked into a very busy street. Blink and you'll miss it. Inside, it's a nice hotel, with nice touches of mirrors, marble,and tile. The staff is numerous, extremely helpful and polite. Not a scowl in the place, it was delightful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the bed was a bit stiff for me, but that's me. Slept anyway. Security is ubiquitous, very friendly, and genuinely interested. I would definitely come back here. The mall is a short walk away, lots of shops on the road, and tons of "tuktuks" for a cheap easy ride.
