酒店员工热情友好，房间舒适，而且毗邻AK Plaza弘大购物中心，购物十分便利。酒店周边餐饮选择丰富，弘益大学站就在酒店对面。

The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it provides everything a traveler needs. The location is great, as the hotel is situated just above the airport railway. It takes only 5 minutes to get from the hotel entrance to the railway platform. While there is no express train to the airport from Hongdae, the travel time on an all-stop train from Hongdae to Incheon Airport is just 10 minutes longer than taking an express train from Seoul Station, and the trains are much more frequent. The rooms are clean, and the staff, especially the cleaning lady, are nice and will try their best to address our needs.

When we checked in, the staff only helped us unlock it so that we could open it and leave, and did not confirm that all the opening status was safe, so your statement and response were not valid, and it made me feel irresponsible. My clothes are very expensive, and the child's face is also scratched. Because our shuttle bus has arrived at the hotel. Our schedule is very rushed. I have stayed in your hotel many times. This time I feel really bad.

這是我第二次下榻，第一次夏天入住 控溫控的很不舒服 房間24度，但體感應該有26度 走道很熱，大廳很涼爽 早餐接待的服務員可以再友善一點點

房間隔音比較差，剛好隔壁是帶着兩個小孩子的家庭入住，每晚凌晨時分都聽到他們的哭鬧聲。淋淋浴室在洗澡過後會滲水到房間內。

免治馬桶有問題, 每次通電後能用,20分後又會故障. 冷氣開關不知道是否有功能, 因為開關, 溫度調升降都沒有什麼改變, 冷氣還是吹著它想吹的溫度
