Hotel 153

Vi tjekkede ind om natten, og valgte hotellet, da det var forholdsvis tæt på lufthavnen. Vi havde én overnatning, inden vi skulle videre på ferien. Indtjekningen gik nemt, med god service. Hotelværelset vi fik var i stueetagen. Vi havde en altan med en kedelig udsigt ud til en baggård. Altandøren kunne ikke låse, der var dog gitter for døren, som ekstra sikkerhed. Hotelværelset synede meget slidt, og der var ekstrem lydt, med larm fra tidlig morgen, så vi ikke kunne sove. Heldigvis var det kun for én nat, ellers ville jeg ikke have valgt dette hotel.

WiFi está ok, el cuarto es cómodo. Hay mucho ruido de los otros cuartos. Las mejoras se hicieron a medias

We arrived late after a delayed flight, which was nice for late check in and were put in the first room next to the service counter. We could hear everything but didn't mind since it was a short stay. Very small room, with a full shade and aluminum blinds. It was dark. The room was beat up from use and needed a fresh coat of paint. All of that would be find, if there was decent hospitality. I had ordered breakfast when I booked through Expedia. The breakfast staff and barista were awful, nothing like the last room we booked in Barcelona. He stood and watched anything I ate and glared at me the whole time. The food was grainy with each egg dish and my daughters yogurt had to be thrown out. He absolutely had a fit when I tried to pour my leftover water into my water bottle. Came across the room to yell at me in Spanish. To top it all off, I asked the front desk if I could have another coffee while I waited for my Uber. The nice guy behind the front desk said yes, so I proceeded. Then the barista yelled again and I told him I was allowed. Then they would not let us leave without paying 2.80 euros for the coffee. So NO FREE Coffee in the room or drip, even if you pay for breakfast. As soon as you get up, they charge you again. Horrible Staff and Service. Sad to leave our amazing 2 week trip with this experience. Run and do not book.

Hôtel près de la plage de Castledelfel, très bruyant comme environnement, chambre malpropre et aucun stationnement contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans la description des commodités.

Equipe très sympathique, lobby agréable et rénové, piscine très appréciable mais chambre dans un état très vétuste, la salle de bain mérite une bonne rénovation. Un rafraîchissement des murs et une meilleure porte permettrait plus d'isolation et une meilleure insonorisation. La fenêtre de notre chambre ne fermait pas, l'équipe nous a offert le petit déjeuner en compensation, car l'hôtel était entièrement booké. Merci à eux. Petit déjeuner composé d'un buffet varié, possibilité de commander des consommations en profitant de la piscine également. Très bonne situation géographique, à 5 min de la plage et du centre.

Wish i could have spent more time! I’ll be staying here if I’m in Castelldefells again

Was perfect for us. Close to airport. Clean. Good breakfast options and pool. Check in was good. Could be quicker. Able to store luggage.
