Jättefint hotell, över vår förväntan. Rent, fräscht och jättebra restaurang, med olika teman för mat varje kväll. Fantastisk frukostbuffé med jättegott bröd, omelett som görs på plats, mycket god och fräsch frukt samt godsaker. På middagsbuffén fanns mycket gott både för vuxna och barn. Bra underhållning för barnen, och ansiktsmålning nästan varje kväll, pricken över i var att karaktärerna från Frost var där en kväll :) Jättefin pool både inom- och utomhus. Jättenära till en stor fin strand, och man kunde även låna med sig strandleksaker till barnen. Fräsch snackbar. Ända minus var att det var lite hårda sängar och något lyhört från korridoren.

My kid and I take 3 nights all inclusive in this hotel. Because the sea is still cold so we spend most of our time in the indoor pool. The hotel is very close to the beach. Food is very good and we really enjoy the food, room and the indoor pool.

Leider wurde ich sehr enttäuscht was die Kommunikation im Hotel angeht. Uns wurde leider nicht mitgeteilt, dass im Hotel Renovierungsarbeiten anstehen. Vor unserem Zimmer wurde Samstag morgens um 8:30 Uhr ein neuer Boden verlegt. Das ist in einem Urlaub leider echt schlecht. Diese Info haben wir leider auch vorher nicht bekommen.

Das Hotel ist zwar schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war sehr sauber. Ein absolut freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Essen war auch super. Die Animation ließ am Abend etwas zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool-Bereich ist sehr schön.

Ein toller Urlaub mit buntem Programm. Für Kinder und Erwachsene wird viel geboten, man kann alles mitmachen, oder aber für sich sein. Wenn man möchte kommt man schnell in Kontakt mit anderen. Service war super und super freundlich! Toller Strand fast direkt vor der Tür. Manko: Ich hatte Halbpension und fand die Getränkepreise (1 Glas Wein) beim Abendbrot wirklich übertrieben hoch!

To be honest: want to be a four star hotel but is not. Kids club to less activity and limited age. Restaurant: plates and glasses dirty all days. Good stations waiting time over 10 minutes for omelette. Mini bar 45€ per day and getting just some cokes and Fantas. In total price to value is not fitting. Even Sports you have to pay for. Compared to other big clubs like Robinson I would never go to Iberostar again

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. Excellent customer service from all the staff. The front desk staff were always happy to help. Welcome drinks and chocolate were a nice touch upon arrival. There were plenty of food choices to cater for all and quality was very good. Dinner theme was different each night. The room was clean and bright. Air conditioning worked well. Only gripe was the sofa bed was on the soft side to sleep on and the walls are thin, could hear noise from neighbouring rooms. WiFi connection was straightforward and signal is strong enough around the hotel. The app is very useful, contained all the information about the hotel and provides instant breakdown of what you have spent and the invoice. You also get a message on your phone informing you the room is cleaned. Great location, 2 mins from the beach, 15 mins from the airport by taxi, and buses run every 10 mins into Palma Old Town which takes around 25mins. Fun activities and great entertainment were put on by the wonderful animation team. Tennis and Padel courts next to hotel were easy to book. Overall a great experience and would happily stay here again.
