Good location however rooms hot, air con broken hotel says they don't have air con but there are air con control panels in every room and giant air con venting units outside our window making noise all night. Shower is tiny, can barely move in it and my husband who is over 6ft couldn't stand up properly in it. Charge overnight guests for parking. Lift is broken.

It was such a beautiful stay. Only downfall was no aircon working in the hotel. But the staff and hotel itself is incredible. Gave free warm cookies and water on arrival. Would come back for sure

Good overall

Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful especially when we travelled with two little boys. They made our stay really one to remember.

Our room wasn’t ready on arrival and it seemed we were in a queue waiting for rooms to be ready. We was offered a free drink at the bar but then ended up buying another to waste time. After about an hour of waiting we got to our room which was clean and cool. Breakfast was good

Great base for our night out at Wembley stadium. Staff were super friendly and some great little touches like the warm cookies for us all and the bottled water. Would definitely use this hotel again.

This has to be the worst nights sleep ever as it was hot and the AC does not work and we have to rely on a fan in the room. The top floor where we were was simply awful

Großes Hotel mit kleiner Rezeption. Kein Vergleich zu einem Double Tree in den USA oder Deutschland! Das Zimmer war angemessen, ordentlich und sauber. Der Blick war zwar verbaut aber auch nicht notwendig, da das Hotel direkt neben der Autobahn liegt. Das Telefon funktionierte nicht, es wurde auch nicht in 3 Tagen repariert! Das Zimmer hatte keine Lüftung und keine Klimaanlage (es waren 30°C), auf Nachfrage gab es einen kleinen Ventilator. Die Fenster konnten nur ein Spalt weit geöffnet werden. Das Bad war in Ordnung, es fehlte nur an ausreichend Handtuchhaltern/Haken. In der Lobby gab es eine Klimaanlage, weshalb wir uns nur dort Wohl fühlten, um die Temperaturen angemessen auszuhalten. Das Personal hat unser Geschirr von der Bestellung an der Bar stundenlang stehen lassen. Als wir unterwegs waren und wieder kamen, stand es immer noch da nach 6 Std.! Als wir erneut etwas bestellten, wurde es mitgenommen! Die Toiletten in der Lobby waren sauber und in Ordnung. Die Anfrage das Zimmer wechseln zu können, wurde aufgrund von ausgebuchten Zimmern abgewiesen. Der Parkplatz ist großzügig und kostet nicht viel. Der Check-In und Check-Out waren schnell, das Personal an der Rezeption immer bemüht. Die Cookies waren ein Highlight...wie immer! Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt eher traurig.

Air con was not working in the room. Heat was unbearable despite fans being provided. Didn’t get any sleep. Was told air con does not work in any room. Can’t image what it would be like during any sort of heatwave.

Even though there is air con units in the rooms, they don’t work. It was so hot. And open the window and it’s like being on the hard shoulder of the motorway
