工作人员很友好，入住手续办理顺利，每天都有化妆间，房间和卫生间很舒适，附近有地铁、餐厅和肯辛顿花园，感谢中央公园酒店。

Really terrible hotel, staff not friendly at all, they charged me 1 pound for each minute late check out. I lost my passport in my room and I asked for a minute to find ot out, I was late about 10 minutes checking out, and they asked me to pay 1 GBP for every 1 minute. Terrible, the hotel room is not equipped with air conditioner, feels very hot in summer and I can barely sleep.

The room that they gave to me was so spacious and clean. And I love that they have luggages storages service when your room isn’t ready yet. The location is also accesible. You can go everywhere using buses or undergrounds from here. It’s close to Kensington Park (Kensington Palace) and Hyde Park too!

I ordered a triple room with 3 twin bed, but I was given the wrong room, which was a double room with only 1 double bed. I asked to change room, but the reception rudely rejected it by saying "I don't know your thing". Fortunately the duty manager came and gave a better explanation, and promised to change the room in the next day. I was really disappointed with the rude reception, this supposed to be a good hotel based on the reviews, but the service wasn't as good as the app said. I really appreciate the duty manager, but because of the way the reception treated me, I don't recommend to stay at the hotel and I personally won't come back here, I'll just find another hotel for my next stay in London.

Good hotel with enough space to move in central london and within walking distance to Queensway the station. Lots of good food nearby and close to the park. The bathroom is a bit small but clean nonetheless. They clean the room everyday!

There was no power supply at the hotel for about two hours on Nov 24 night. It was quite frustrating as the room was in total darkness. The outlet to charge the phone is also not working. Apart from these, everything is fine. The hotel is near both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations.

Room was compact but has everything- storage space for clothes, suitcases, shopping; good reading light & excellent shower facilities. Hotel is centrally located , opposite Hyde Park & very near to Queensway tube & bus stop. Staff is friendly & helpful; I look forward to staying there on next visit to London.

We had a pleasant time staying in this hotel. The location is near bus stop and tube. When we were there the weather was hot. The room in the hotel was not designed to have Air Conditioner instead the hotel provide us with Fan. The bathroom was clean. I would recommend this hotel

Kamar terlalu kecil dan sempit, kamar tidak ada AC.

Very close to 2 underground. Location was good, room was just okay. I am so surprised that the cleaner suddenly open up the door while we were inside the room. She then left without saying anything and come back to knock the door again. I am so pissed off. Where is our privacy? I didn’t ask to make up the room so she should not and suppose to not enter the room by herself.

Great, near the tube station, quiet neighborhood, room was smaller than in the website, compact, not try the breakfast, room is not soundproof so you can hear anything said in the room next to you
