Room was compact but has sufficient storage space for suitcases, clothes, shopping. Excellent shower facilities. Excellent location - very near to Hyde Park, Queensway tube Station & bus station, restaurants, supermarkets & mouth watering bakery. Will definitely book this hotel for my next visit to London.

We stayed at one of the renovated rooms and it was honestly great. The room was pretty and clean, although a bit smaller than we had expected and we could occasionally hear noise from the corridor but it wasn’t something we were bothered by. The staff by the reception and the housekeeping staff were all kind and accommodating, which made the stay wonderful overall.

1. 房間稍微有點窄，床尾通道頗窄
2. 浴室的水不知道帶什麼東西，洗澡時花了很長時間仍覺得有黏液的感覺，沒辦法完全洗淨（絕不是洗頭水或沐浴液的問題）

The bed sheet and blankets were not changed everyday. The response from staff for room service, e.g. an additional chair, is quick. Yet the most inconvenient thing to stay is the stability of WiFi service. The service was so unstable that I cannot download anything with my iPhone 15 Pro even though I could see that the WiFi signal was half way.

Overall, the reception staff were friendly and helpful from the time I arrived until I checked out. The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is close to both the tube and bus stops. However, the room and interior of the hotel need significant improvement. The bathroom design was poorly thought out—the shower has no enclosure, causing water to spill everywhere, and although the sink looks modern, it is very impractical. Despite daily housekeeping, the room still felt dirty; the bed was made, but the sheets were not changed. Additionally, the hotel is currently under construction, so there was loud banging noise in the mornings. The soundproofing is also inadequate, as noise from the hallway can be clearly heard. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay, but I would probably choose another hotel next time.

Room was ridiculously small for 2 people. We were “upgraded” at check in, having looked up the original booking our upgrade was in fact a smaller room than the one booked. Shower is terrible with little pressure and luke warm water. Other than that, the room was clean and staff were great

Everything was great. Comfortable bed, clean room, very spacious, customer service was excellent. The only reason why I’m giving 4/5 is the shower didn’t have a door which made it hard to shower without splashing water.
Breakfast was worth it, good variety and tasty!

Steam build up in bathroom. Ventilation not the best. Water is probably at code but for my personal preference could be a bit hotter.
Was a bit of a back and worth with the 24 hr power failure being canceled. And when we had the fire an offer of drinks while we waited would have been appreciated. If I had not asked would not have received comp late check out. Which I do appreciate.

Góð þjónusta og fallegt herbergið, en það kviknaði allavegana 3 af dögunum sem við vorum þarna á brunakerfinu í byggingunni sem að vakti okkur og það var ekkert safety protocol þegar að fólk var hrætt vegna látana, og sumir hlutir við herbergið voru eins og það átti eftir að klára herbergið, annars flest starfsfólkið almennilegt og í heildina var gott að vera þarna.
