The room was very comfortable and clean. The room carpet in 211 had obvious signs of damage. Bathroom was superb… really very big and clean. Our room was in a basement (which sounds bad) but there was an exquisite lighted wall that filled one whole wall and was designed to give an outdoor feeling (it helped a lot. It was lighted from behind and there was a dimmer switch). We were very comfortable in this room and staff was excellent.

很舊，房間設備不很清潔隔音很差，能聽到隔壁房客說話房間無暖氣只有電暖煩爐，單層窗11月已經很冷洗手盤水壓很少外牆有工程進行中，8點便有噪音

1. 房間稍微有點窄，床尾通道頗窄 2. 浴室的水不知道帶什麼東西，洗澡時花了很長時間仍覺得有黏液的感覺，沒辦法完全洗淨（絕不是洗頭水或沐浴液的問題） 3. 房間帶咖啡機值得一讚👍 4. 房門有點緊，有時沒有留意房間完全未能自動關上

The bed sheet and blankets were not changed everyday. The response from staff for room service, e.g. an additional chair, is quick. Yet the most inconvenient thing to stay is the stability of WiFi service. The service was so unstable that I cannot download anything with my iPhone 15 Pro even though I could see that the WiFi signal was half way.

Room was perfectly clean, amenities were the bare minimum. Room was fine with working AC. We paid less and had a window-less room which meant it was in the basement and we also had absolutely no phone service and the WiFi was really terrible. Windowless was fine, it was what we paid for. But no phone service and really terrible WiFi is crazy in 2026. On the first morning we also woke up to absolutely no power, went to reception and they were no surprised and the power had tripped.

The property is currently undergoing a massive renovation. I got upgraded & the renovated rooms are clean, cozy & beautiful. Amenities were nice & luxurious. But there was only ONE tiny lift, so a lot of waiting around & no microwave for guest use. I did not try the breakfast. The location is amazing: very convenient, safe & walkable, close to the tube, buses, trains, lots of eating options nearby. Huge shout out to Marius at the the front desk, who was beyond professional and helpful. Highly recommend. Would go back!

La pire nuit que nous ayons passée à Londres. Il était effectivement indiqué que la chambre était sans fenêtre, ce qui était parfaitement clair au moment de la réservation. En revanche, rien ne laissait entendre qu'elle se situait au niveau -2 de l'établissement. Dans ce type de chambre, une ventilation efficace est indispensable, mais ce n'était malheureusement pas le cas. La salle de bain était particulièrement désagréable en raison d'une humidité permanente et excessive. Des traces d'humidité étaient visibles, les serviettes ne séchaient jamais et même le papier toilette était constamment humide. Cette sensation d'inconfort était présente dans toute la chambre. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement, et encore moins cette catégorie de chambre, qui ne répond pas à des standards de confort acceptables.

The part of the hotel we were put in was a building site. The room was in poor condition cracked and broken tiles in the bathroom. Curtains hanging down from the rail obviously broken. The view from the window was onto scaffolding and tarpaulin. The staff were very good but we were overall very disappointed.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed for a 5 day vacation. That did not bother us as we were out during the schedule d work time, the location is excellent, walkable to Kensington Palace , many restaurants, Hyde Park and 2 underground stations. I would stay again

Hotel good although !!! I would have appreciated a email to say that their was work being done to the hotel it looked like building site with scaffolding all around it. And was unable to open windows as these were locked due to the work . So my relaxing Saturday morning was disrupted by workmen drilling and banging very early.

I received an email at 19:39 on 2nd June, the night before my stay, stating that my stay had been cancelled and that my booking would be refunded. I received a follow up email at 3:30am the next day reiterating the last message. This was clearly extremely inconvenient since I was travelling for work and needed a booking. I then went ahead and booked another hotel since this hotel stated that I would be receiving a full refund. I have since seen that this hotel messaged me at 17:30 on the day that I was due to be staying to say that the issue had been resolved and they were looking forward to welcoming me for my stay. Clearly, given all of the mixed messages I received from this hotel, I had already checked into the alternative accommodation that I had had to find so their email was too little, too late. I have still not received a refund for my unfulfilled stay and I have contacted the hotel about this privately but still not received a response.
