Room was compact but has sufficient storage space for suitcases, clothes, shopping. Excellent shower facilities. Excellent location - very near to Hyde Park, Queensway tube Station & bus station, restaurants, supermarkets & mouth watering bakery. Will definitely book this hotel for my next visit to London.

1. 房間稍微有點窄，床尾通道頗窄
2. 浴室的水不知道帶什麼東西，洗澡時花了很長時間仍覺得有黏液的感覺，沒辦法完全洗淨（絕不是洗頭水或沐浴液的問題）
3. 房間帶咖啡機值得一讚👍
4. 房門有點緊，有時沒有留意房間完全未能自動關上

The bed sheet and blankets were not changed everyday. The response from staff for room service, e.g. an additional chair, is quick. Yet the most inconvenient thing to stay is the stability of WiFi service. The service was so unstable that I cannot download anything with my iPhone 15 Pro even though I could see that the WiFi signal was half way.

It was under renovation during my stay, so noisy during the day.
My room had been recently redone and looked lovely. It was quite comfortable.
The bathroom looked lovely too, but smelled strongly of sewer gas. There was no rim across the shower so the water backed up all across the bathroom floor.

Cons: No luggage rack or drawers.
Hotel being remodeled. Banging and jackhammering during daytime.
Only one elevator in operation. Second elevator being replaced with a new one.

We had booked a room for three people. The room was extremely small. The space between the end side of the bed and the wall was so small that wasn’t easy to walk. No space to put the luggages or even open them on the floor to take out our stuff out.But the room was very clean and the cleaning staff really cleaned the room nice every day.

They should not be allowed to rent rooms out while the refurbishment is taking place. Constant noise and vibration breaking out concrete. Did not stop until 4 pm each day.

The room we stayed in had clearly just been renovated, and that was appreciated. Our beds were comfortable and we were allowed to check in a few hours early for a small fee. Our room was small but about average for that area (and price point) in London.
Only complaint--I'm not sure if the walls in the hotel are paper thin, or many other guests were inconsiderate, or the hotel needs to update the hinges on all doors but we constantly heard doors slamming at all hours. It was a little hard to fall asleep because of that.
Aside from that minor complaint, our one night stay here was fine. Would recommend to fellow travelers.

We had great stay in new room can’t wait for the refurbishing to be finished. Got woken up with Alarm each day hopefully it’s not a thing to get you up it’s ok if your staying for a night but happened both mornings of our stay. Will be back
