中央公園飯店

很舊，房間設備不很清潔 隔音很差，能聽到隔壁房客說話 房間無暖氣只有電暖煩爐，單層窗11月已經很冷 洗手盤水壓很少 外牆有工程進行中，8點便有噪音

1. 房間稍微有點窄，床尾通道頗窄 2. 浴室的水不知道帶什麼東西，洗澡時花了很長時間仍覺得有黏液的感覺，沒辦法完全洗淨（絕不是洗頭水或沐浴液的問題） 3. 房間帶咖啡機值得一讚👍 4. 房門有點緊，有時沒有留意房間完全未能自動關上

酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。

當天住宿晚上的洗澡水太熱

The bed sheet and blankets were not changed everyday. The response from staff for room service, e.g. an additional chair, is quick. Yet the most inconvenient thing to stay is the stability of WiFi service. The service was so unstable that I cannot download anything with my iPhone 15 Pro even though I could see that the WiFi signal was half way.

Amazing location extremely great hotel !

The renovation works were incredibly disturbing. Plastic sheets make you sweat all night. Broken AC and heating. Dirty shower.

Chambre propre mais le lit était affreusement inconfortable. Je vous déconseille de séjourner ici, prenez plutôt un logement plus éloigné mais plus confortable. En dehors de la literie tout allait bien, chambre propre, forte odeur de parfum dans le hall en revanche assez désagréable. Hôtel très bien desservi

Racists & discrimination from staff is very clear here. This is not a friendly hotel. Poorly trained and unknowledgeable staff. Hotel construction horrendous and no gym. Very low grade. I would never stay or recommend. So many hotels in this area. You will have no problem finding another place.

Smakfullt nyrenoverat rum. Cosy stod det i bekräftelsen som vi tolkade, litet. 2 galjar i ett öppet skåp, inga lådor eller hyllor. Men...bra avställningsplats i fönstret och väskorna gick in under sängen. Knäpptyst och jätteskön säng.

Our stay in the renovated room was satisfactory. The room was clean, semi comfortable and did not smell. While the room is a little snug, one can manage. The downsides that stood out to us were the following: The air unit makes a dripping sound in the middle of the night, which can be annoying if you're a light sleeper. The bathroom does not exhaust well at all, so the steam sweats off the walls and every other surface. The shower design doesnt keep the water in the shower, instead it runs all over the bathroom floor, soaking every thing in its path. The bathroom sink is impractical to use, it gets water every where. The room door requires you to pull the door closed forcefully creating a loud noise. The bed is not long enough for taller people.

I reserved a room with a window and got a windowless room

Ficamos por 9 dias no hotel, de início a equipe foi muito solicitado, nos acomodaram no mezanino, local em que não há elevador e estávamos com muitas malas, a equipe nos auxiliou e levou as malas pesadas, porém, a parti do quinto dia a experiencia mudou muito, um dia saímos de manhã e retornamos no final da tarde completamente cansadas e encontramos o hotel fechado e sem qualquer comunicado do motivo, tocamos a campainha e um funcionário muito grosseiro nos atendeu informamos que não poderíamos entrar e que teríamos que ir dormir em outro hotel, de início não foi nos passado qualquer informação e o funcionaria apenas gritava que havia sido enviado um e-mail do porque o hotel estava fechada e para qual hotel teríamos que ir e quando falamos que não havíamos recebido o e-mail ele GRITOU que era impossível e nos deixou falando sozinha, tivemos que ligar para a policia pois estávamos sem documentos, sem roupas, foi a pior experiencia que já passei em viagem, somente após a policia intervir que o hotel nos deixou entrar para pegarmos uma troca de roupa e nossos documentos e nos encaminhou para o hotel que passaríamos a noite, o hotel que fomos encaminhadas era um outra região e longe do hotel principal, as instalações eram bem inferiores e quando retornamos não nos foi dada qualquer justificativa ou pedido de desculpa pelo ocorrido e pela forma que fomos tratadas, no último ia se quer nos ajudaram com as malas. Quando as instalações o quarto é espaçoso porém tinha cheiro forte.

Good price for a decent location, breakfast was good for an additional £15 pp.

Near To, The Bus, and Subway Station Great location.

The bed was clean but small for a couple. The duvet is way too warm and doesn't breathe, considering also AC is available. We found a dust-bunny in a corner and there was funky smell from the shower drain when we got in, and even after taking a couple of showers (some bleach in the drain would fix it....). The room/bathroom is small but otherwise functional and pleasant. The property is under renovation, so expect noise from 9am or so, till 5pm. And there is only one lift in operation, so there is some wait. But the rating of 4/5 starts is due to the cleanliness of the room and smell, and the size of the bed, more than anything else. If the prices are not going to explode, and cleanliness improved, I would return to this property. The location is fantastic and staff are nice.
