Central Park Hotel

Hotel management that doesn't value its customers and doesn't care about their needs. Their only thought is to collect payment for services they don't provide.

La stanza era in buone condizioni, veniva pulita ogni giorno con anche cambio di asciugamani. La posizione dell’hotel era buona, si raggiungevano a piedi diverse attrazioni turistiche ma volendo spostarsi con i mezzi è vicino a diverse fermate dell’autobus e a due della metro (Bayswater e Queensway + Paddington camminando un po’). L’unica pecca è stata la comunicazione perché avevamo prenotato una stanza ma ci hanno detto che era ormai inesistente a seguito della sua ristrutturazione, nessun problema a riguardo, però a metà soggiorno abbiamo avuto problemi con le chiavi per entrare che hanno smesso di funzionare non si sa per quale motivo mentre l’ultimo giorno di staying hanno bussato ripetutamente alla nostra porta convinti che avessimo già fatto check-out. Va bene la prima volta ma dopodiché avrebbe senso comunicare che gli ospiti sono ancora in camera anziché tornare a momenti alterni per controllare. Al momento della prenotazione era indicato che le ristrutturazioni sarebbero terminate nel 2025 ma al nostro arrivo erano ancora in corso difatti l’hotel è coperto dalle impalcature e anche dentro la struttura è parzialmente in ricostruzione. Non un problema se sei fuori dalla stanza, ma al mattino dalle 10 si sente qualsiasi rumore. Ultima cosa, la nostra stanza era sicuramente una delle nuove ristrutturate ma credo sia stata data troppa rilevanza all’aspetto estetico e poco alla comodità perché il bagno è veramente piccolo e si allaga facilmente.

Everything was amazing - a friendly staff, clean rooms, amenities. Despite the ongoing renovation, the stay at the hotel was very pleasant. There are plenty of shops and lovely pubs in the area, as well as a bus stop and two tube stations.Highly reccommended hotel!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Building work was disruptive which did have a negative effect. Hotel did communicate this but slightly more disruptive than we thought. The works meant only one lift which could be frustrating as other guests could be rude dispute you waiting. There are many floors to service with only the one small lift working. The room itself was very nicely done and cleaned very well. Bed sheets were too short so kept unraveling whist sleeping. Was a little annoying. Room came with fridge which was epic with a young family. Great location in London.

Room was Clean, a bit small but just what was needed and comfortable, Staff was very professional courteous and attentive. Great Location a 5 minute walk to the Underground and plenty of places to eat. Price was Great as well. I would definitely stay here again

The room was well appointed and very clean. Unfortunately the bar was closed due to some issues. The staff were exceptional and when I asked for an iron it was there before I got back to my room.

Overall fine. Staff were kind, the room was pretty, the location amazing. There are some small problems with cleanliness. Nothing major, but some more attention to detail would be welcome.

Muy fácil de llegar al hotel, cerca de avenida principal, metro y bus. La habitación era pequeña aunq cuenta con todas las amenidades y servicios necesarios para una buena estancia

Great hotel in an excellent location. Good value for money. Staff are courteous and professional. Clean room, nice bar, coffee, snacks. Complete English breakfast selection. My stay here was peaceful and comfortable. Staff made me feel safe land welcomed.

Great staff a bit nosy due to construction but didn’t last long so it was overall good. Clean room bathroom was the best part. Amazing shower

Lovely new rooms

Staff was courteous. Room small but clean. However the all day construction noise was terrible. The artificial scent throughout the lobby and bar was overwhelming and caused me to have an allergic reaction.

The best hotel and the staff was great

Cheap, but not cheerful. We chose a deluxe basement/windowless. It was windowless, but deluxe it was not. The room’s heating system, as it was cold, didn’t function properly and the door to the shower-room would close & had permanent lighting - so reinforced the dungeon experience. It was reasonable, but crossed the line on VFM. Lesson - don’t go for the windowless.

All was adequate for a short stay

I've been staying at this hotel since 2013. It's even better with the complete refurbishment of the rooms and hallways. The new rooms are excellent, with super comfortable beds and walkin showers. The location is superb with Hyde park a minutes walk away and two Tube stations within just a few minutes walk. The staff are extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this hotel.
