Room was compact but has sufficient storage space for suitcases, clothes, shopping. Excellent shower facilities. Excellent location - very near to Hyde Park, Queensway tube Station & bus station, restaurants, supermarkets & mouth watering bakery. Will definitely book this hotel for my next visit to London.

Really good place. Easily accessible with 2 underground stations walking distance from the premises. The rooms are slightly smaller but worth the cost. Loved my stay here.

I was looking for a place to stay overnight while moving and it was a really great experience. However I was struggling to connect to the WiFi because I had emails to send. Additionally my room was two floors below the basement so I couldn’t get any cellular reception. That’s the only thing I’d say.

Shuffled through 4 different rooms since the A/C was out in each of their rooms. The staff could not help and downgraded our rooms. After switching, they kept putting other guests in our previous rooms. We talked with other guests that had the same experience. Not one apology, just promises that the next room will have A/C. They did not until room number 4. Room 4 had tiles coming up in the bathroom, grout work falling apart, smaller accommodations, changed amenities (no A/C control, no coffee maker), a closet falling part, night stands falling apart. My brother’s room was a single and obviously refurbished amenities with A/C. Do not trust the staff. They are shifty and do not care about your stay.

This hotel was amazing! During the summer heat wave, the air conditioning really came in clutch. Complimentary traditional English breakfast was also an awesome plus. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located near multiple metro and bus stations. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff weren’t very helpful at the slightest - Booked a standard room but turned out it was a tiny room, No window or natural light - In the Middle of a heatwave which the hotel knew about & placed us in a room with no air con at all. A lady came round and said she was going to get someone to fix it as they cannot switch us rooms however no one one even attempted to fix it - Beds are the most uncomfortable things ever - Overall Awful experience from both the staff and place will not be returning - Just save your money.

Positives: 1. The location of the hotel: two subway stations and many eateries nearby; right across the street from the Kensington Garden (perfect for exercise of all sorts). 2. Little street noise. Negatives: poor bathroom design 1. The shower chamber is half-open: it is hard to take a shower not wetting the bathroom floor. I had to use clean towels to wipe the water on the bathroom floor. Many European hotels have similar shower chamber designs, but theirs do not cause floods on the bathroom floor. 2. The tiny undermount ramp sink makes it hard to wash face or blush teeth not wetting cloth and the bathroom floor.

This hotel is so wonderful! The neighborhood is so charming, our room was very clean and comfortable, and it’s right next to Kensington Gardens! We extended our stay by a night and the staff was so helpful in getting us booked! We would definitely stay here again :)

Room compact but well refurbished. Scaffolding outside but did not cause any noise issues. Clean and well equipped. Didn't try breakfast so cannot comment on that. Easy walking from Queensway on Central line.

Room was perfectly clean, amenities were the bare minimum. Room was fine with working AC. We paid less and had a window-less room which meant it was in the basement and we also had absolutely no phone service and the WiFi was really terrible. Windowless was fine, it was what we paid for. But no phone service and really terrible WiFi is crazy in 2026. On the first morning we also woke up to absolutely no power, went to reception and they were no surprised and the power had tripped.
