中央公园酒店

很舊，房間設備不很清潔 隔音很差，能聽到隔壁房客說話 房間無暖氣只有電暖煩爐，單層窗11月已經很冷 洗手盤水壓很少 外牆有工程進行中，8點便有噪音

1. 房間稍微有點窄，床尾通道頗窄 2. 浴室的水不知道帶什麼東西，洗澡時花了很長時間仍覺得有黏液的感覺，沒辦法完全洗淨（絕不是洗頭水或沐浴液的問題） 3. 房間帶咖啡機值得一讚👍 4. 房門有點緊，有時沒有留意房間完全未能自動關上

酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。

The bed sheet and blankets were not changed everyday. The response from staff for room service, e.g. an additional chair, is quick. Yet the most inconvenient thing to stay is the stability of WiFi service. The service was so unstable that I cannot download anything with my iPhone 15 Pro even though I could see that the WiFi signal was half way.

This place makes you feel like having a medication class in a high season at Bodh Gaya.

Horrible

I was looking for a place to stay overnight while moving and it was a really great experience. However I was struggling to connect to the WiFi because I had emails to send. Additionally my room was two floors below the basement so I couldn’t get any cellular reception. That’s the only thing I’d say.

Excellent location; within walking distance (ca 5-10 min) to two subway stations (Queensway. Bayswater). Friendly staff at the front desk & luggage toom. Nice bar on the ground floor.

Shuffled through 4 different rooms since the A/C was out in each of their rooms. The staff could not help and downgraded our rooms. After switching, they kept putting other guests in our previous rooms. We talked with other guests that had the same experience. Not one apology, just promises that the next room will have A/C. They did not until room number 4. Room 4 had tiles coming up in the bathroom, grout work falling apart, smaller accommodations, changed amenities (no A/C control, no coffee maker), a closet falling part, night stands falling apart. My brother’s room was a single and obviously refurbished amenities with A/C. Do not trust the staff. They are shifty and do not care about your stay.

Really good place. Easily accessible with 2 underground stations walking distance from the premises. The rooms are slightly smaller but worth the cost. Loved my stay here.

Fick ett rum som doftade illa och hade mögel på väggar och tak. Dessutom dåligt internet om man bor i ett rum i källaren.

Newly refurbished single room was nice, very compact but with everything a solo traveler would need. Some details like an euro outlet in the room and a very enthusiastic air conditioner were delightful. All the promised amenities were there, kettle, mini fridge, hairdryer, shampoo etc. Badly designed/built bathroom though, unfortunately, as taking a shower basically made half the room flood, with water wanting to sit behind and around the toilet in particular. Also terrible choice for a sink, wide and shallow with sharp corners that may look good brand new but is hard to keep clean, as it doesn't drain well and dirt collects in those corners. The floor in the room was rather untidy, as the dust from the ongoing renovations was absolutely everywhere. The slippers that were provided helped with that, and once the renovations are over the issue should sort itself anyway. Room keeping came around daily, with fresh towels and clean coffee cups and such. Only good things to say about the staff, absolutely lovely, polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay, worth it for the convenience mainly, as there are other more interesting options for breakfast in the area. I tried it one day only as I am not a big English breakfast person. The fried foods were served up in small batches so that everything there was freshly made and hot, so that would be a big plus as far as the quality.

This hotel was amazing! During the summer heat wave, the air conditioning really came in clutch. Complimentary traditional English breakfast was also an awesome plus. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Hotel was conveniently located near multiple metro and bus stations. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The property was in a good location for us and our needs, close to Bayswater and queensway tube station. Close to Hyde park and eating areas. Very walkable location.
