We had an amazing stay at Vivere Hotel. Our room was upgraded to a suite, so it was even better! The only issue we've noticed is the weak flush pressure, but other than that, all equipment and things in the room are okay. It's perfect for a relaxing staycation within Metro Manila.

We had the most pleasant stay here. Excellent customer service! Staff is very accommodating, friendly, proactive, and very welcoming. Hotel is very clean and food at The Nest is superb! Smooth check-in and check-out process, we didn’t have to wait. Highly, highly recommended. Vivere is now my favorite hotel! Would gladly book another staycation here.

Pleasant stay on 31st floor. Ambiance was nice, food were delish, jazz band was great to listen to. Room was okay but not fantastic. I’ve seen better. Has accommodating staff.

Nice location. Walkable to and from Festival Mall. They offer free shuttle service for their guests. Staffs are very hospitable.

We stayed for just a night but the experience is awesome. Staffs are friendly and polite and it is clean worth the money. And they have a 24 hrs free shuttle.

This hotel is good if you booked directly in their website. But since we were booked using app, we were not given the same perks experienced by our friends booked on the same date. Like room upgrade. We were told if it is used for wedding they can upgrade the room, but when we mentioned that, the reception told us we can't have the same upgrade because we were booked using app. Also, having only 1 access card is very inconvenient. I know this is for security measures of the hotel, they could issue at least 2 access cards since there will be more than 1 person using the room.

Great stay! Staff were very accommodating. They even gave us a cake since it was our anniversary. Would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Very cozy hotel, room service is great (they cooked carbonara for me even though it wasn’t in the menu) and staff are all very nice. Overall it was an awesome stay. Just had a teeny bit of wait during check-in but still all good :)

Those parking attendants stated that the parking is on a first come first served basis even though they know that we are a guest in their hotel. Otherwise the hotel is nice except for that parking issue experienced.
