This hotel has good location, near from Grand Hirafu (for skiing). They have a shuttle bus to the main sites (Welcome center, ski rental, supermarket, food trucks, etc). The room was too small compared to the price I have to pay. And the service also wasn’t good. I request and ask for high floor from the first I book this hotel, but they gave me a room in second floor and they said they didn’t have higher floor. I ask for how to turn on the air conditioner (because the panel is in Japanese) but they said just open the window. When I booked for White Isle snow mobile, they said, they gave us a voucher for special rate, I thought I’ll get a discount on it, but the price is the same. It wasn’t a good experience to spent a night in Ki Niseko, too bad for 4 stars hotel/ ski resort.

Recommended by relatives and surely it meets the expectations. The 2 bedroom as large and clean as expected for Japanese standards. The staffs were very attentive and polite. The onsen was blessings after tired day of ski and snowboard lessons.

距离二世古关度假村 (Seki Resort Niseko) 最好、最近的酒店，员工友好，从俱知安站接客的服务非常好，酒店每小时都有班车，屋顶温泉是最好的。总之，这家酒店没有任何缺点。

Beautiful place. Qaulity Private onzen. Famous ski resort, Quiet and safety resort. Good welcome and active staff.
