My luggage being stolen，no big locker to keep thing

Everything good, staffs are very friendly, I recommend this place too stay if you come to London.

Strategic location, near 2 metro stations (queensway and baysweather). Comfort bed and they provide standard breakfast. One minus point is cleanliness. It is quite clean but need more improvement, especially in washrooms and toilets.
