It's loudly. There are two doors of a room. Every time someone come in or go out always loudly noise. No curtain...

Good location,walk to Hyde park 2min ,bus stop 1min ,the breakfast buffet good,nice and helpful staff

The environment is good, toilet is very clean. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. It's worth to go again.

I stayed in a 3 people private room with my friends but the room is very small, definitely not enough space for 3 luggages to be opened together. The bathroom is also terribly small. We were facing the wall directly when we were using the toilet. And the most horrible thing is that, me and my friend who slept on the same bed got OVER 100 insect bites on our hands and legs and even our face after sleeping for ONLY 3 nights! The bites were very itchy and even last for almost a week to relieve!!! This is a very disgusting experience and I would rather ask people NOT to book this hostel!!!!!!!

The information regarding the "private" bathroom needs to be revised because it only includes shower and sink but no toilet, which means you'll have to share it with others when you need it and it is so inconvenient during the midnight and in the morning... Frankly speaking, I would not have booked this hostel if I know this. The info should actually be more clear. Moreover, the amount of water is just not enough so it took me two times of time to take shower. Breakfast is terrible... Only carbohydrate is provided (toasts and jam) with meagerly few options like skim milk and cereal. Plus you need to do the dishes by yourself. The only good thing of this hostel is its location, very close to two subways (walk in five minutes). That's all.

Every day reactive the Key card.... I live in 3rd floor, but every time reach my room door and cannot entry, need to climb again and again...

The location of the hostel is good that you can both get there from "Bayswater-" or "Queensway-" Underground station. The staff members are nice. They'll chat with you and help you to deal with your questions about the hostel and your trip.

next to Hyde Park and 2 underground stations, super convenient lots of restaurants, bars and supermarket on the street nearby perfect mattress, super soft wifi is a little bit slow, but acceptable, the wifi reception in the kitchen is the best dirty carpet

The hostel is in good location, less than 5 mins walk to two underground stations Staff is nice, and the kitchen is well-equipped Just I was unlucky to get the top room, and I have to go up 5 storeys of stairs in order to get to the room Wifi doesn't work much on top floor, but is fine on other floors

Buena ubicacion. Habitacion amplia Los baños y duchas, terriblemente chicos y sin mantenimiento. No habia espacio para dejar ni la toalla ni un cepillo de dientes. El agua no salia caliente correctamente. Las taquillas para guardar las pertenencias se encontraban en los pasillos, no en la habitacion (y cabia solo el dinero). En la habitacion no habia donde guardar nada.

いつも部屋のトイレも共同トイレもトイレットペーパーがない。チェックインの時にレセプションに伝えたが、後から補助するからと言ってそのまま忘れており、ハウスキーパーも清掃には毎日入ってくれているが何日も補充せず。最終日に違うレセプションの人に言ったらすぐに補充してくれた。 シャワーが壊れていてもそのまま。水圧弱い。シャワー室の鍵も壊れており防犯面はない。 部屋は4階だったがエレベーターがなく、レセプションが地下1階なため、重い荷物を5階分持って上がらないといけなかった。

One of the better hostels in the Hyde Park area of London. Comfy bed and decent room.

All of the staff are very bubbly and welcoming, very tight not cosy place to stay.

Staffs were indifferent about housekeeping and a bit clicky. Breakfast was ok but kitchen was pretty small.

It should be a little bit cleaner
