Kamar bersih dan cukup luas, pemandangan di malam hari sangat berkesan. Handuk, seprai tiap hari diganti. Menu sarapan pagi tiap hari berganti, sehingga tidak membosankan. Staff sangat ramah, madam Rose dan Lucie sigap membantu ketika ada sesuatu yang dibutuhkan. Sangat direkomendasikan. Next time pasti akan kembali lagi menginap di sini. Btw, ruang makan di lantai 7, beralasan kaca, cukup menarik menguji keberanian. Rekomendasi.

Dịch vụ ở đây rất tốt, phòng ốc sạch sẽ, đẹp, view thoáng mát, mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, nhân viên rất chu đáo, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách hàng rất nhiều, mình đi có con nhỏ nên các bạn hỗ trợ rất tốt 👍

Got a room on the 4th floor. And the room is nice and Washington has a nice sleep after a long day. But at night the music from the pub downstairs is so LOUD you hearing the bass so hard. Especially if you sleep sideways where your ear is on the pillow. I tried to get some sleep because I was so tired but just couldn't sleep because of the LOUD music from the pub downstairs. Call the front office wishing the pub would be odd by midnight but it closes at 3 am. I asked them to give me another room. The front office guys said that's what you get because I order a superior room unless I want to upgrade to a higher floor with a fee. It made us all very mad. Because no one paid anything when we checked in. They said we are the only ones complaining about the nose as he doesn't seem to be aware of the noise. My friend's room a few rows apart was quicker as they provided some ear plugs. So they know about the LOUD noise. And just assuming that guests can tolerate it. So AVOID this hotel if you wish to have a good night sleep unless you can sleep like a log.

A gorgeous hotel - the staff are just wonderful- super helpful and extremely caring. The room was very pleasant and the restaurants are lovely - serving excellent food. Thank you for an excellent stay. Thanks especially to Ashley and Vivian and all the staff for making me feel so welcome. 🙏

Trước tiên cảm ơn Traveloka đã có deal tốt dành cho gia đình mình. Đây là lần thứ 2, gia đình mình ở tại New Orient . Phòng đẹp , thiết kế rất hài hoà. Ăn sáng vừa phải và rất vừa miệng. Nhân viên cực kì nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp. Hi vọng khách sạn sẽ giữ vững và ngày càng nâng cao dịch vụ khách hàng.

Gia đình mình check-in trễ & check-out sớm nhưng ký gửi 6 kiện hành lý tại khách sạn từ sáng đến tận chiều muộn để đi chơi loay quanh. Nhân viên khách sạn khá niềm nở và chẳng phiền hà gì về chuyện giữ hộ 😊 Nhà hàng buffet sáng có view siêu đẹp, đồ ăn ngon và đổi món mỗi ngày, cafe ngon.
