Average stay. Hospitality needs to improve on The hotel is located by the river, but it’s quite a distance from Dragon Bridge and the view isn’t great. Transportation around the hotel is also inconvenient. The interior feels a bit old-fashioned, with no USB charging ports, and the shower water pressure was just average. On the positive side, breakfast was tasty with good variety. Gypsy rooftop is great, and the staff there are excellent. We stayed here for three nights, then one night in Hoi An, and return on the fifth night. We requested to leave two luggage bags at the hotel during our one night away, but the front desk couldn’t give us an answer right away — they said they needed to check with management. To avoid the hassle, we ended up taking both bags to Hoi An. Hospitality is key for any hotel, and this is something the staff really need to improve on.

Nice and polite staff. Breakfast is great. Room size is big. I booked the spa service and the therapist offered skillful and excellent service.

Nice cozy hotel

住的房間是premium deluxe, 房間整體很好，很舒服，設計很貼心。唯一是房間與浴室中間的透明玻璃，雖然可拉下簾，但仍是可以看到的，這個設計很奇怪。 每次出入酒店的職員都很有禮貌，每次都會問一問我們行程，看看有什麼可幫得上忙。我們出入也會開車門，甚至幫忙招呼GRAB的司機等。感覺以往沒有住過如此接待的酒店。很多謝他們的接待。酒店地點離han market只需五分鐘車程，附近有便利店。而早餐只可說非常豐富，有很多款式和選擇，很美味。 而附近晚上十時前好像也會比較吵，可能近一些酒吧罷。清晨也會聽到雞啼,狗吠,和教堂敲鐘的聲音來開始一天的旅程。但覺得可以接受, 因旅行就是要有點不同。

訂的時候顯示可以入住三人，結果去到被要求再加一人的費用，房間算整潔但是燈光很暗，而且旁邊有個night club 比較吵，不過我們第二天早機，沒留很長時間，所以還好

估不到此酒店如此性價比高！新，服務態度好，特別是早餐豐富，與品牌酒店不相百仲！峴港我推介！不容錯過！位置在橫街是缺點，不然不是這價錢。

Staff are nice and service is good, swimming pool is also good too, SPA is also good, the price is not expensive, the hotel is quite new and the view is also nice

到峴港會再次入住

The hotel was almost excellent, we booked a room with balcony and the view was awesome, we can see the Han River and the dragon bridge. The bed was comfortable. When I told the staff I did not have much cash left, they brought me to the ATM just at the opposite side of the street. The only down side of the hotel was that when I bath, the temperature of the water turned either very hot or very cold, but I have to admit I bathed for at least 15 mins each time and the problem occurred when I almost finished. If you bath quickly, this problem shall not bother you. All in all, I will definitely recommend this hotel to those people who want to visit Da Nang.

到達第一天整個酒店房間都嘈雜，喧鬧直至深夜一時多，隔音設備十分差。到離開當天，職員執著一破浴液瓶要賠償，其實到達第一天已是這情況，只是沒有向他們反映，心中亦估量著為何設施這麽差，且看看痕跡已是多時的。結果各執一詞下，朋友建議只能賠償原價的一半，那稱自己是經理的人即時答允，最初還不願意我們取回，但在我們堅持下，最終還是拿到，我們便找一垃圾桶掉了，以便禍害其他住客。

The location is very convenient. Food and facilities are good.Staffs are nice and helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to LEA who provides many assistance and information during the bad weather condition in Danang

Hotel is new and clean. Staffs are good and very kind to provide help. Happy that they provided a birthday cake for celebrating my birthday.

The spa massage is messy in their reservation system.

飯店幫我安排2樓靠泳池的房間,非常的吵,詢問櫃檯是否能換房,但他說全客滿,其他一切都不錯

員工非常親切，SPA亦非常舒適

酒店好乾淨同整齊，床都好舒服，好小住酒店既床係敢舒服,職員好有善，有一日我地包車佢地都好細心幫我地安排好行程，另外酒店位置雖然唔係好近市中心，但附近又有不小食店，我同朋友們都好推薦~~

We have a great time to stay in this hotel for 4 nights with families. Room is big, clean and comfortable; Spa area is so relaxing and the massage girl with a good skill; Breakfast in a beautiful area, many choice on the food; beautiful top level view at 10/F of the Chinese restaurant; we have a great birthday dinner at that night with reasonable price; all facilities are new at the swimming pool and gym room; the location of the hotel is close to the city, very convenience for shopping and dining. Also the hotel is opposite the river side; All the staff are so nice especially Mr. Rin, Mr. Tam, Mr. Quyen, Mr. Kha, Ms Thuy in charge at G floor.
