Khách sạn rất ok từ phục vụ tốt, đồ ăn sáng cũng rất ngon, vệ sinh sạch sẽ phải nói là mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, mình chưa từng ở khách sạn nào ổn áp như vậy 💯 còn set up và support giúp mình trang trí phòng sinh nhật cho bạn trai mình rất tỉ mỉ và chỉn chu ạ và em cũng cảm ơn chị “Trà My“ đã take care em rất chu đáo tận tâm, cần gì cũng luôn có sẵn và các bạn nhân viên cực kì dễ thương 🥰 tuy vị trí không gần biển nhưng những gì các bạn nhận lại hoàn toàn xứng đáng với số tiền các bạn bỏ ra 🥹💯 lần sau có dịp quay trở lại chắc chắn mình sẽ book lại khách sạn này vì với mình đây sẽ best choice khi tới Đà Nẵng 😚

Kamar bersih dan cukup luas, pemandangan di malam hari sangat berkesan. Handuk, seprai tiap hari diganti. Menu sarapan pagi tiap hari berganti, sehingga tidak membosankan. Staff sangat ramah, madam Rose dan Lucie sigap membantu ketika ada sesuatu yang dibutuhkan. Sangat direkomendasikan. Next time pasti akan kembali lagi menginap di sini. Btw, ruang makan di lantai 7, beralasan kaca, cukup menarik menguji keberanian. Rekomendasi.

It's very nice hotel, newest hotel with luxury facilities. They are 4 stars but feeling their services are like 5 star for sure cause hotel staff's attitude were very professional. I did spent 2 nights with them on my business trip in Da Nang; they are all very formal doing their services. They always say "hello" to you and help. Only 3 words to tell about them: friendly, helpful and values. Recommended to stay here for any reasons that you guys come Da Nang.

住的房間是premium deluxe, 房間整體很好，很舒服，設計很貼心。唯一是房間與浴室中間的透明玻璃，雖然可拉下簾，但仍是可以看到的，這個設計很奇怪。
每次出入酒店的職員都很有禮貌，每次都會問一問我們行程，看看有什麼可幫得上忙。我們出入也會開車門，甚至幫忙招呼GRAB的司機等。感覺以往沒有住過如此接待的酒店。很多謝他們的接待。酒店地點離han market只需五分鐘車程，附近有便利店。而早餐只可說非常豐富，有很多款式和選擇，很美味。
而附近晚上十時前好像也會比較吵，可能近一些酒吧罷。清晨也會聽到雞啼,狗吠,和教堂敲鐘的聲音來開始一天的旅程。但覺得可以接受, 因旅行就是要有點不同。

The hotel was almost excellent, we booked a room with balcony and the view was awesome, we can see the Han River and the dragon bridge. The bed was comfortable. When I told the staff I did not have much cash left, they brought me to the ATM just at the opposite side of the street. The only down side of the hotel was that when I bath, the temperature of the water turned either very hot or very cold, but I have to admit I bathed for at least 15 mins each time and the problem occurred when I almost finished. If you bath quickly, this problem shall not bother you. All in all, I will definitely recommend this hotel to those people who want to visit Da Nang.

We have a great time to stay in this hotel for 4 nights with families. Room is big, clean and comfortable; Spa area is so relaxing and the massage girl with a good skill; Breakfast in a beautiful area, many choice on the food; beautiful top level view at 10/F of the Chinese restaurant; we have a great birthday dinner at that night with reasonable price; all facilities are new at the swimming pool and gym room; the location of the hotel is close to the city, very convenience for shopping and dining. Also the hotel is opposite the river side; All the staff are so nice especially Mr. Rin, Mr. Tam, Mr. Quyen, Mr. Kha, Ms Thuy in charge at G floor.

A very modern hotel in Danang with a big noise issue. Woke up by serious hammering noise at 7am on Sunday morning due to the renovation of the rooftop restaurant. Hotel staff was unprofessional. Walked to another hotel after the first night. Disappointed!!

We have a great time to stay in this hotel for 4 nights with families.
