这家酒店虽然没有满分10分，但我还是在生日那天订了房间。那天晚上，我在冰箱里发现了一个生日蛋糕——超级可爱！🥰

我在岘港新东方酒店度过了非常愉快的时光。从抵达的那一刻起，我就感受到了酒店无微不至的热情款待。前台工作人员热情友好，为我接下来的旅程奠定了良好的基调。我特别要感谢Lucie和前台团队的其他成员。在整个入住期间，他们始终乐于助人、专业周到，并且非常友善。房间方面，房间非常棒——宽敞明亮、一尘不染，而且维护得很好。虽然我觉得食物一般，但整体优质的服务和舒适的房间足以弥补这一点。如果我有机会再次来到岘港，我一定会再次入住这家酒店。强烈推荐这家酒店，他们的服务堪称一流！

Kamar bersih dan cukup luas, pemandangan di malam hari sangat berkesan. Handuk, seprai tiap hari diganti. Menu sarapan pagi tiap hari berganti, sehingga tidak membosankan. Staff sangat ramah, madam Rose dan Lucie sigap membantu ketika ada sesuatu yang dibutuhkan. Sangat direkomendasikan. Next time pasti akan kembali lagi menginap di sini. Btw, ruang makan di lantai 7, beralasan kaca, cukup menarik menguji keberanian. Rekomendasi.

Got a room on the 4th floor. And the room is nice and Washington has a nice sleep after a long day. But at night the music from the pub downstairs is so LOUD you hearing the bass so hard. Especially if you sleep sideways where your ear is on the pillow. I tried to get some sleep because I was so tired but just couldn't sleep because of the LOUD music from the pub downstairs. Call the front office wishing the pub would be odd by midnight but it closes at 3 am. I asked them to give me another room. The front office guys said that's what you get because I order a superior room unless I want to upgrade to a higher floor with a fee. It made us all very mad. Because no one paid anything when we checked in. They said we are the only ones complaining about the nose as he doesn't seem to be aware of the noise. My friend's room a few rows apart was quicker as they provided some ear plugs. So they know about the LOUD noise. And just assuming that guests can tolerate it. So AVOID this hotel if you wish to have a good night sleep unless you can sleep like a log.

A gorgeous hotel - the staff are just wonderful- super helpful and extremely caring. The room was very pleasant and the restaurants are lovely - serving excellent food. Thank you for an excellent stay. Thanks especially to Ashley and Vivian and all the staff for making me feel so welcome. 🙏
