Overall good

Mitt første opphold på dette hotellet var over ett år siden. Har siden hatt 4 reiser til Libanon og sørger alltid i forkant at det er ledig rom på dette hotellet da jeg alltid stortrives her. Det er veldig sentralt og kort vei til flere fine atraksjoner. Selve hotellet er veldig profosjonelt drevet og jeg har ikke til nå hatt noen ting å være misførnøyd med. Viktigst av alt er at personalt og dagligleder sørger alltid for å umiddelbart rette opp i alle ting som skulle oppstå som kunder ønsker forbedret. Mohammad som er nattevakt i baren er spesielt profosjonell og gir glimrende god service.

Very nice hotel. The staff were helpful with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable and a good comfortable bed with a large flat screen tv. It is also a very good location. On one side you have "Zaituna Bay" where you can stroll next to the sea with very nice restaurants. On the other side you have the "Corniche" where you can also stroll along the coast. both just 5 min walk from the hotel. There is also good wify connection which is normally hard to find in Lebanon these days even in hotels. A very nice thing is also that there are double balcony doors so that you don't hear any traffic outside. The management is also good at ensuring that the customers have the best possible experience I would definitely stay there again. Many thanks to all the staff, management, and owner at the hotel.

By pure chance I found out that El Sheikh hotel and this particular hotel have the same owner! I must say I am incredibly impressed because among hundreds of hotels, these two hotels are the best in my opinion in terms of value for money, service, location, comfort and cleanliness. The owner of these hotels must be a really smart businessman! Due to the fact that there have not always been rooms available, I have changed between these two hotels, and have been incredibly satisfied so far.
