The rainy season may be an obstacle for some people to be active, but that doesn't apply to canyoneering.
Canyoneering, a type of natural sport that is not so popular in Indonesia, is actually lively done during the rainy season.
At first glance, canyoneering is similar to rock climbing, only that it is done under the rush of a waterfall.
The rainy season was deliberately chosen for climbing, because of the abundant waterfall discharge.
The challenge lies in the resistance of the swift waterfall.
