Sangat bagus , pelayanan top , akan kembali dalam waktu dekat

just because i bought the ticket from apps, they treat me different. I even didn’t get the bath amenities. not recommended.

L’Occitane is a really well named brand, i use the soap & lotion at home. However, i dont think they’re ready for ‘spa’ / ‘massage’ yet. Paid for 1 million rupiah (1jt) for 60 mins deep tissue treatment when i arrived, the receptionist & therapist didn’t explain anything to me except let’s go to the room (to be fair i was late for some minutes though). I expected many things from paying 1mill++ for a deep tissue massage. There’s shower & bath up in my room, but they didn’t let me take a shower or enjoy the bath up. I don’t know if it’s included but seeing it’s on the room but when i booker, It was written that i’ll get bath amenities. Been to martha tilaar spa, it was cheaper and better. Definitely 4/10 Won’t go back here again.
