If you experience delays or cancellations due to traffic, weather, or other factors, do not hesitate to contact customer service for a partial refund.

If severe weather like typhoons or snowstorms occurs, tour cancellation decisions will be made 3 days before departure and notifications will be emailed.

For charters (hire for own use) of more than one day, please leave a message and confirm the price before booking.

The actual vehicle's color and model will depend on availability at the time of booking.

Limit driving to 3 hours between attractions to avoid driver fatigue. Visiting 2 to 3 attractions outside Seoul is recommended.

Please inform the supplier of any wheelchair, mobility scooter, baby stroller, or luggage when booking, as it may require a different car package.

There will be a surcharge of ₩20,000 per person for travelers who reschedule within 3 days of departure.

The daily charter time is 10 hours (8:00–22:00). Overtime service is ₩25,000/hr (₩50,000/hr for 11-14 passenger vehicles), with all fees paid to the driver on-site.

Travelers are encouraged to tip the driver (no less than ₩20,000 per person).

Additional fee will be charged: ₩150,000/350 km and ₩50,000/50 km after reaching the 350 km distance limit.

The service time includes the time when the driver returns to Seoul. If you wish to travel to locations outside Seoul, it will be considered an overtime service.

C: Ehwa - Sinchon - Hongdae - YeouidoHangang Park

D: Apgujeong - Sinsadong Boulevard - COEX - Lotte World

Mobil yang sangat bersih dan juga nyaman, walaupun driver tidak bisa berbahasa inggris dengan baik, dan kita harus membuat itinerary sendiri (atau admin mereka akan membuatkan) seluruh rangkaian perjalanan tertata dengan baik :)
