Delivery Information:

Please provide your full address and phone number during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

Your SIM card will be delivered within 3-5 business days after booking confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). We recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance of your travel date to ensure timely delivery.

The goods will be shipped via local delivery 3rd party service. For tracking details, please contact us after your order is dispatched.

Activation Procedure:

Insert the SIM card into your device, then switch your mobile data line to the SIM card and enable data roaming to automatically connect to the local network at your destination.

Automatic activation: Your plan activates as soon as the SIM card is inserted and connected to any supported network, so there's no need to set an activation date manually.

Important Note: If you insert the SIM card in a country other than your destination, the SIM card may become invalid, or the usage time may begin prematurely.

Activation period: The SIM card can be activated within 6 months of purchase.

Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time.

The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop.
