下龙湾 - 1日游船之旅

旅行行程安排得很好。我在应用程序上预订后，旅行社联系了我，并仔细地指导了从运营商到导游的行程。

此行程适合成人或西方游客。有孩子的家庭游客请慎重考虑。因为每站都需要40-45分钟。游览起来比较费劲，而且很匆忙。 关于导游和船上的服务员，我给五星好评。食物很美味。 游览海湾的船有点旧了。但与我支付的价格相比，还可以接受。4个人在河内乘坐巴士，费用为390万越南盾，另加40万越南盾的自助午餐。 总的来说，我给8/10分。

一切都很好，导游很好，工作人员很热情。

工作人员很细心，随时准备为客户提供支持，我对这次旅行很满意，您应该使用这里的服务。

我们一家六人预订了行程，对这次游轮之旅非常满意。船上的工作人员非常友好，服务也很周到。虽然景点有点热，人也有点多，但还好，因为我们仍然可以坐在船上休息。我们全家都很满意，因为海湾的景色非常美丽；餐食里有很多海鲜。

非常好的体验，船上的食物和导游都非常友好，船上的每个人都非常细心。

Kualitas makanna sangat enak banget, cocok sekali untuk kita orang indonesia.

Everything was near okay. As i said the issue is with the food. Nowhere it was mentioned that if there is veg food. Neither the tour operator helped me out with that. He asked me to sit pn a seat. I thought it is because i am vegetarian but that was not the case. So confusing.

Such an amazing experience! The guide was so fun and friendly. The staff cruise was also amazing. They pick you up at the hotel and return you to the hotel as well.

Went to Ha Long Bay with SST Travel and i loved it! It felt like a private tour since there were only 6 people in the group, the tour guide Thanh is caring and has good english. The customer service responded very quick and helpful. Our ship even upgraded to the 5 star quality !

The tour was well-arranged by the tour operator in Hanoi. The guide's name was Ken. I forgot his Vietnamese name. But he is professional and very energetic. I suggest another guest should upgrade your food to all you can eat, rather than a set menu (included). The foods are sumptuous, such as prawns, shells/clams, chicken, fish, many fries, and desserts. I took an optional tour of Halong Bay on a speed boat (USD 10/ person) and a bamboo boat (USD 2/ person). It was so lovely and recommended. I am not a hiking person, so I am not going up to the SURPRISING CAVE and TIKTOP Island. I just enjoy most of the time on the boat. The cruise boat is clean and comfortable. I am onboard OTIS Cruise boat (the name). Thank you

All together were good and fun experiences.

I ordered the one day trip to Ha Long Bay, including the round-trip bus. it is very worth it. Besides, I would like to appreciate the tourguide (Robert Hung) that contacted every single person the day before the trip. He is genuinely nice and guided us well. The food in the cruise is fresh and delicious. Highly recommended to take a Ha Long Bay tour when you visit Hanoi. *tips : don't forget to put the sunscreen on and bring some clothes in case you want to swim or kayaking
